Analiza uvajanja horizontalnega obdelovalnega centra v proizvodnjo ulitkov

Povzetek

V diplomski nalogi je skratka opisana zgodovina nastanka CNC strojev, njuna uporaba in uvajanje v proizvodnjo ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. V jedru dela sem opisal postopek nabave horizontalnega obdelovalnega centra v tovarno MIV d.o.o. Varaždin. Zaradi želje da povečamo stopnjo avtomatizacije, skrajšanja časa izdelave, ter konkurenčnosti na svetovnem trgu, odločili smo se za uvedbo CNC horizontalnega obdelovalnega centra. Opisane so pomembne karakteristike stroja katere so zahtevane od dobaviteljev ter njihove ponudbe in primerjave med stroji podobnih karakteristik. V tem delu je tudi opisan proces izdelave temeljev za stroj, pa tudi in cenik šolanja operaterjev na stroju. Na koncu sem prikazal izračun ekonomske upravičenosti uvedbe stroja in primerjave med obstoječi strojih, katere bi zamenili z novim strojem. V diplomskem delu sem poskusil prikazati postopek kateri je pomembno opraviti pri uvedbi novega stroja v proizvodnjo.

Sekundarni povzetek:	This thesis represents a brief description of the history of CNC-machines, their creation, use, implementation into production, their pros and cons. There is one particular part of the text where the procedure of acquisition of horizontal working centre for the company MIV d.o.o. Varaždin is discribed. In order to increase the level of automatization and shorten the time of development we have decided to impose horizontal working centre. The competitiveness of the global market has also been taken into consideration. We have demanded specific characteristics of the machines and that has been clarified to the suppliers in order to compare machines of the similar characteristics and their offers. Following previous section, the basis for the machine and its creation (process) of incuring is described, as well as the price list for the schooling for the operator on the machine. Finally, the calculation of the economic justification for the introduction of the new machines and their comparison with the existing ones has been showed in the last paragraph. This theses was written with an aim to represent the procedure that has to be done when introducting a new machine in production.
