Povzetek
V magistrskem delu smo predstavili sistem vodenja kakovosti v povezavi z metodami zagotavljanja kakovosti.
V uvodu je opisana kakovost oziroma sistem kakovosti v avtomobilski industriji, kjer je poudarek na standardih, ter metode za izboljšanje kakovosti. Poseben del je namenjen podjetju X, v katerem se zelo veliko uporabljajo metode za izboljšanje kakovosti.
Pri sistemu vodenja smo opazili, da je problem uspešnost uporabe standardov, ki so v podjetju že standardizirani. Tu gre predvsem za že pridobljeno znanje odgovornih in prenos le-tega na druge zaposlene, da delajo učinkovito. Če sistem vodenja povežemo še z metodami za obvladovanje večje in boljše kakovosti izdelkov, je potrebno stremeti k enotnemu cilju; v najkrajšem možnem času odkriti in odpraviti napako na izdelku. Problem se pojavi, ko zaradi velikega števila metod za zagotavljanje kakovosti ne vemo, katero v konkretni situaciji izbrati in uporabiti, da bo napaka učinkovito odpravljena.
V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki je bila izvedena v podjetju X med vsemi zaposlenimi. Želeli smo ugotoviti, kakšno je poznavanje sistema kakovosti in metod za izboljšanje le te. Bistvene ugotovitve so pokazale, da je večina zaposlenih vedela splošne lastnosti o kakovosti, metod za izboljšanje pa ne prav dosti oziroma jih poznajo, a ne vedo kje bi se lahko posamezna metoda uporabila.
Ugotovili smo, da se standardi več ali manj uporabljajo, vendar so potrebna dodatna izobraževanja vseh zaposlenih o sistemu vodenja kakovosti. Metode so v podjetju vsem poznane, ustavi se pri znanju; potrebna so dodatna izobraževanja tako teoretična kot tudi praktična.

We were presenting the quality management system with methods of quality assurance on the example of automotive industry.
In the introduction we described the quality system in the automotive industry. We focused here on the standards in automotive industry. We described methods, how to improved better quality.
A special part of work was given to company X, where I am working. We are using a lot of methods for quality improvement. We observed, that we had problems with the knowledge about management system, specially with using standards. Problems begin with transfer or right communication between leaders and workers (the rest of employees). If we connected management system with methods for better quality, we should have one goal; we must discovered and deleted failures as soon as we can. But we have a problem, because in company X, we use to many methods for quality assurance. We don’t know which methods to use in given situation.
In the empirical part, we were presenting the results of research, that we conducted. With this research, we wanted to find out what and how many knowledge has got all employees in our company about quality system and methods.
With this research, we determined, that we more or less use the standards, but we still should have training and educations about this. We found out that many employees don’t know how and where to use methods. So, we should working on the education for all in company and repeated every day what is important for quality theoretically and practically. |
