Povzetek
V diplomskem delu Kulturna vzgoja v vrtcu, ki je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela, smo opredelili kulturno vzgojo v vrtcih in raziskali, koliko in kako je prisotna v slovenskih vrtcih. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo pojem kulture spoznali, ga opredelili in primerjali s pojmom otroške kulture. Predstavili smo kulturno-umetnostno vzgojo, njene cilje in načela ter opozorili na vlogo lutke in lutkovnega gledališča pri kulturni vzgoji otrok. Spoznali smo tudi kulturne programe iz nekaterih tujih kurikulov. V empiričnem delu smo z anketo med vzgojitelji raziskovali stanje kulturne vzgoje v njihovih vrtcih. Raziskava je temeljila na ne slučajnostnem vzorcu, ki so ga predstavljali vzgojitelji 15 slovenskih vrtcev, večinoma iz osrednje Slovenije. Iz vsakega vrtca je sodeloval po en vzgojitelj iz prvega in drugega starostnega obdobja. V anketi smo spraševali, koliko časa tedensko vzgojitelji namenijo dejavnostim kulturno-umetnostne vzgoje, kako te dejavnosti načrtujejo, ali pri tem uporabljajo Katalog kulturne vzgoje, katere kulturne ustanove s svojimi skupinami obiskujejo in kako pogosto, katera področja umetnosti najbolj poudarjajo in kakšno je njihovo mnenje o kulturni vzgoji ter kulturi nasploh. Rezultati kažejo, da so kulturne dejavnosti del vzgoje v vrtcih, vendar so vodene in organizirane večinoma neprofesionalno, in da Katalog kulturne vzgoje v praksi ni učinkovit.

In our thesis Cultural education in kindergarten, which is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part, we define cultural education in kindergarten and examine in which ways and to what an extent it is present in Slovenian kindergartens. In the theoretical part we familiarize ourselves with the concept of culture, define it and compare it with the concept of children culture. We present cultural-artistic education, its goals and principles, and highlight the role of puppets and puppet theatre in the cultural education of children. We also look into the cultural programs within the curriculums of some other countries. In the empirical part we examine the state of cultural education in Slovenian kindergartens by a survey among kindergarten teachers. The research was based on non-coincidental sampling, the sample being kindergarten teachers of 15 slovenian kindergartens, mostly from central Slovenia. Each kindergarten is represented by one teacher from the first and second age groups. In the survey we asked the teachers how much time they dedicate to cultural-artistic activities weekly, how they plan them, whether they use the Catalog of Cultural Education, which cultural institutions they visit with their groups, how often they visit them, which areas of art are most emphasized and what is their opinion about cultural education and culture in general. The results show that cultural activities are present in kindergartens but are led and organized in an unprofessional way and that the Catalog of Cultural Education is not practical to use. |
