Povzetek

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno delovanje nabave v podjetju in na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov s strani podjetja je opravljena analiza nabave s primerom napovedi nabave dveh artiklov, oblikovani oceni dosedanjih dobaviteljev na primeru dveh artiklov in izdelana primerjava dosedanjih in potencialnih dobaviteljev na primeru dveh artiklov. Namen diplomskega dela je spoznati nabavo v podjetju in raziskati možnosti za uvedbo optimizacije izvajanja te funkcije. Raziskava se osredotoča na dobavitelje in možnosti izboljšave poslovanja s pomočjo prilagoditve nabavne strategije glede na prednosti posameznih dobaviteljev in managementa nabave na podlagi sezonskega načina poslovanja.

Sekundarni povzetek: The thesis presents the purchasing activities of the company and on the basis of data obtained from the company an analysis of purchasing activities is performed. It presents a forecast for purchasing plans of two items, an assessment of current suppliers based on an evaluation of their past sales characteristics and an analysis based on two items for comparison of current and potential suppliers. The purpose of the thesis is to learn about the purchasing process of the company and to explore options for optimizing and implementing these functions into the purchasing process of the company. The study focuses on suppliers and improving the company operations by adjusting the purchasing strategy based on the advantages that are offered by individual suppliers in combination with purchasing management that incorporates the seasonal nature of the companies business.
