Povzetek

Mednarodno poslovanje je v sodobnem času vedno bolj pomembno, saj vedno večja konkurenčnost na trgu zmanjšuje ustreznost poslovanja na domačem trgu in podjetja sili k odločitvi za vstop na tuji trg. Podjetje mora zaradi razlik v poslovanju pred vstopom na tuji trg dobro proučiti njegovo poslovno okolje, pomembno pa je podrobno analizirati tudi potencialne poslovne partnerje, s katerimi bi lahko v prihodnosti sodelovalo. Čim bolj natančna je analiza političnega, pravnega, ekonomskega, tržnega in tehnološkega okolja, tem boljša je konkurenčna prednost podjetja na trgu, kar vodi v rast in razvoj podjetja. V nasprotnem primeru pa nezadostna analiza poslovnega okolja vodi v večja tveganja za podjetje z vidika uspeha, ugleda in konkurenčnosti. Kitajska je država s hitro rastočim gospodarstvom, vendar se zaradi politike enega otroka srečuje s problematiko starajočega se prebivalstva. Kitajski trg predstavlja priložnosti za podjetja z vidika konkurenčnih prednosti in razvoja. Za poslovneža je še posebej pomembno spoznati poslovne običaje Kitajske, ki izhajajo iz tradicije in se razlikujejo od poslovnih običajev evropskih držav. Kitajski poslovneži dajejo velik pomen osebnemu stiku s poslovnim partnerjem, zato je za podjetja pomembno, da so fizično prisotna na trgu, kar pa jim obenem prinaša večjo možnost konkuriranja drugim podjetjem na kitajskem trgu. Analiza poslovnega okolja in tveganj tujega trga je zelo pomembna za podjetja, ki bodo šele vstopila na tuji trg. Zaradi hitro rastočih gospodarstev, kot je Kitajska, pa je analiza pomembna tudi za tista podjetja, ki so že prisotna na trgu. Čim bolj poznamo mednarodno okolje tuje države, tem bolj lahko obvladujemo tveganja v mednarodnem poslovanju

Sekundarni povzetek: In modern times, the importance of international business activities is increasing, since the competitiveness on the market decreases the suitability of business operation on the domestic market and forces companies to decide to enter a foreign market. Before the entrance on the foreign market, the company needs due to differences in business operations well explore its business environment, but it is also important to analyze potential business partners, with which the company could cooperate in the future. The more precise is the analysis of the political, legal, economic, market and technological environment, the better is the competitive advantage of the company on the market, which leads to growth and development of the company. In the opposite case, insufficient analysis of the environment leads to greater risks for the company from the view of successfulness, reputation and competitiveness. China is a country with fast growing economy, but due to its one-child policy it faces the issue of aging population. The Chinese market represents an opportunity for companies from the view of competitive advantages and development. For a businessman it is particularly important to become familiar with Chinese customs, which arise from tradition and differ from European business customs. Chinese businessmen give much importance to personal contact with the business partner, therefore it is important for companies to be physically present on the market, which at the same time contributes to their competitive advantage over other companies on the Chinese market. The analysis of the business environment and risks of the foreign market is very important for companies that will just enter the foreign market. Due to fast growing economies like China the analysis is also important for those companies that are already present on the market. The more we know the international environment of a foreign country, the better we handle the risks in international business operations.
