Povzetek
Diplomaska naloga zajema raziskavo trga s področja opravljanja neodvisnih inventur za gostinska podjetja v Sloveniji. V diplomsekm delu je predstavljena problematika poslovanja, s posebnim povdarkom na metode dela, raziskovalna vprašanja, ter cilje, ki jih želimo doseči z diplomsko nalogo. Temu sledijo teoretične osnove s področja marketinga in računovodstva, ki nakratko predstavijo splošno o trženju storitev, kaj storitev sploh je. Prav tako se v teoretičnih osnovah dotaknemo pravnih podalg s področja računovodstva, gostinstva, davkov in zalog. Teoriji sledi poglavje raziskava, kjer v opisu okolja predstavimo poslovni model, ki se uporablja v Sloveniji.
V diplomski nalogi imamo razdelane prednosti in slabosti, ki se nanašajo na uporabo tovrstne storitve za gostince. V zadnjem sklopu diplomskega dela je opravljena analiza tržišča oziroma posnetek stanja. Na poglagi opravljenih analiz ugotavljamo, da storitev ni primerna za množično prodajo, kajti ni pretiranega zanimanja. Storitev kot taka, je primerna za učinkovito poslovanje nočnih klubov.

In my diploma thesis I researched the market, more precisely the field of independent inventory for the catering business in Slovenia. I presented the problematics connected with doing business and with a special emphasis on working methods, research questions and the goals I wanted to reach by this diploma thesis. I continued with the theoretical basis from the field of marketing and accounting which shortly presents the general basis of the marketing of services and what the service is. The theoretical basis also deals with the legal basis from the field of accounting, catering, taxes and stock. The theoretical part is followed by a research. In the description of the working environment I presented a business model used in Slovenia.
Further on I stated the advantages as well as the disadvantages referring to the use of this kind of services for the catering staff. In the last part of my diploma there is the analysis of the market, namely the recording of the situation. On the basis of the analysis executed I find out that this service is not appropriate for a mass sale and that there is no special interest in it. The service as such is appropriate for an effective business in night clubs. |
