Povzetek

Teoretična izhodišča. Otroka s posebnimi potrebami (gibalno oviran z epilepsijo) pri zdravljenju in premagovanju ovir skozi življenje spremljajo družina in člani zdravstvenega ter negovalnega tima. Na njegov razvoj je mogoče vplivati s sodobnimi pristopi v zdravstvu in vzgoji. Razvoj medicine je prinesel novosti in je zdravstvenim organizacijam kot tudi družinam takšnih otrok zdravljenje olajšal. Dobro strokovno podkovana pediatrična medicinska sestra uporablja pri delu z otroki s posebnimi potrebami k družini usmerjen pristop. Raziskovalna metodologija. V diplomskem delu je uporabljena deskriptivna metoda dela. Raziskava temelji na kvalitativni metodologiji. Izvedli smo študijo primera in uporabili tehniko intervjuja, ki vsebuje vprašanja odprtega tipa. Vprašanja se nanašajo na funkcionalne vzorce obnašanja po M. Gordon. Rezultati. Iz študije primera izhaja, da otrok s posebnimi potrebami s pomočjo staršev in zdravstvenega osebja uspešno napreduje pri razvoju. Otrok potrebuje spodbudo in pomoč staršev pri opravljanju osnovnih življenjskih aktivnosti (prehranjevanje, pitje, izločanje in odvajanje, gibanje, telesna čistoča). Sklep. Iz opravljenega intervjuja in študije primera izhaja, da funkcionalni vzorci obnašanja po M. Gordon zagotavljajo kakovostno in kontinuirano obravnavo otroka s posebnimi potrebami, ki je gibalno oviran in ima epilepsijo. Ugotovili smo aktualne in potencialne negovalne probleme, kaj vpliva na le-te in kako ustrezno ukrepati v primeru epileptičnega napada. Pri otroku z epilepsijo se mora redno izvajati nevrološka obravnava zaradi določanja doze protiepileptičnih zdravil glede na krvno sliko.

Sekundarni povzetek: Theoretical introduction. A child with special needs (physically disabled with epilepsy) in the treatment and overcoming obstacles through life accompanied by family members and health care and the nursing team. On that its development can be influenced by modern approaches to health care and education. Development of medicine has brought innovations and healthcare organizations as well as the families of such children treatment easier. Good knowledgeable pediatric nurse working with children with special needs to use family-centered approach. Research Methodology. The thesis has used the descriptive method of work. The study is based on qualitative methodology. We conducted a case study and used the technique of the interview, which contains open-ended questions. Issues relating to functional patterns of behavior by M. Gordon. Results. From the case studies show that children with special needs with the help of parents and medical staff is well advanced in development. A child needs encouragement and support parents in performing basic life activities (eating, drinking, and elimination of discharges, movement, physical cleanliness). Decision. From the interviews conducted and case studies show that the functional patterns of behavior by M. Gordon ensure the quality and continuous treatment of a child with special needs who is physically disabled and has epilepsy. We have found the current and potential nursing problems, what affects the latter, and how to properly implement the measures in the event of a seizure. In the case of a child with epilepsy should be carried out regularly neurological treatment for the determination of dose antiepileptic drugs in relation to blood counts.
