Povzetek
Upravljanja in vodenja podjetja ni brez zavestnega usmerjanja sedanje in prihodnje dejavnosti podjetja. Upravljalci podjetja so odgovorni, da razvoj podjetja nekako zavestno uravnajo, zaradi tega oblikujejo politiko podjetja (Pučko, 2003, str.12).
Vizija podjetja je zelo pomembna za upravljanje in vodenje, saj opredeljuje prihodnje dejanje podjetja. Z njo so podjetja bolj uspešna in se lažje prilagajajo spremembam okolja, usmerjajo in sodijo kot neko vodilo za podjetje. Diplomski seminar je narejen v štirih poglavjih: uvod, teoretični del, empirični del in sklep. V uvodu je opredeljeno področje in opis problema, namen in cilji, predpostavke in omejitve seminarja, ter metode katere so uporabljene pri raziskovanju. Drugi del je teoretični v katerem spoznavamo ralične definicije vizije in politike podjetij, ter uspešnosti. Te definicije, od razičnih avtorjev, so podlaga za tretjo poglavje, oziroma empirični del. V tretjem poglavju je narejena raziskava na primeru računovodskih servisov. Določen je vzorec na osnovi katerega se ugotavlja koliko računovodskih servisov ima vIzijo in politiko podjetja. Proučena je tudi pomembnost vizij in politike podjetja, ter razlike katere se pojavijo med proučevanimi podjetij. Narejena je primerjava uspešnosti podjetij, in sicer tistih servisov kateri imajo zastavljeno vizijo in politiko podjetja, in tistih ki tega nimajo. Glavne ugotovitve katere so pridobljene, so zapisane v četrtem poglavju, oziroma sklepu.

Managing and leading the companies requires deliberately guiding current and future activities of company. Managers of company are responsible to somehow deliberately adjust development of company as itself and therefore they form the policy of company (Pučko, 2003, str. 12).
A vision of company is also very important for managing and leading because it determines future activities of company. Vision helps companies to become more successful, to adopt more easily to environment changes, to guide and judge, in other terms it is a steering wheel of a company. This graduate seminar essay is made of four chapters: introduction, theoretical part, empirical part and summary. In introduction part is determined following: field and description of the problem, purpose and goals, assumptions and seminar limits as well as the methods used while researching. The second part is theoretical part where we find out different definitions of visions and policies of companies as well as their successfulness. These definitions from various authors are basis for the third chapter, the empirical part. In the third chapter, there is a research made based on the example of accounting services. The sample iz defined based on which we came up to finding how many accounting services have their own vision and policy. An importance of visions and policies of companies was also examined as well as the differences, which show up among examined companies. Also a comparison of successfulness of companies was made in those services, which have set the vision and policy of company and in those, which do not have it at all. Major conclusions that were obtained, are written down in the fourth chapter, or conclusion. |
