Povzetek
V diplomskem delu smo v prvem, empiričnem delu najprej opredelili kadrovanje ter pomen, ki ga ima za podjetje. Nato smo predstavili različne metode ter postopke pridobivanja kadrov. V drugem, praktičnem delu smo opravili intervju z odgovorno osebo za zaposlovanje logističnega kadra v treh podjetjih, ter s pomočjo pridobljenih informacij poskušali izluščiti najpogostejše uporabljene metode iskanja in selekcioniranja kadrov. Prišli smo do spoznanja, da je najpogosteje uporabljena metoda iskanja kadrov časopisno oglaševanje, ki mu s hitrim razvojem tehnologije tesno sledi internetno oglaševanje. Kot daleč najbolj razširjena selekcijska metoda je bil identificiran nepogrešljivi selekcijski intervju. Po analizi informacij pridobljenih z metodo intervjuja smo potrdili našo tezo o preferenčnosti zaposlovanja notranjih kadrov pred zunanjimi.

In the empirical part of this bachelors degree we first defined human resourcing and it's meaninig for the company. This is followed by the presentation of different methods and procedures of employee recruitment. In the second, practical part we conducted interviews in three different compays with the person responsible for recruiting logistic human resouces. With the help of acquired information we tried to extract the most frequently used methodes of atracting and selecting human resources. We came to the conclusion that the most frequently used method of atracting human reources is newspaper advertising, closely followed by online advertising, due to the fast evolution of technology. The indispensible selection interview has been identified as the far most popular selection method. After the analysis of information, acquired by the method of interview, we confirmed our thesis of preferences to employ internal human resurces, rather then exsternal. |
