Povzetek
Cilj diplomske naloge je bil ugotoviti, kakšen je vpliv posameznih dejavnikov na motivacijo v skladišču gotovih izdelkov. Zanimalo nas je, kateri dejavniki najbolj vplivajo na motivacijo in kateri dejavniki so potrebni izboljšav, da se popravi trenutno stanje. Diplomska naloga je bila razdeljena na teoretični del, v katerem smo predstavili določene motivacijske teorije in sam pojem motivacije, in raziskovalni – empirični del. V slednjem smo s pomočjo anketnega lista, ki smo ga razdelili med zaposlene, ugotavljali vplive na motivacijo. Raziskovali smo, kako vplivajo določeni dejavniki na motivacijo. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je denarno nadomestilo zelo slab motivator, na zadovoljivi ravni so medsebojni odnosi, socialna varnost in delovn
Poslovna stabilnost in dobri poslovni rezultati so povezani v sinergijo zaposlenih. Povezanost zaposlenih pa lahko dosežemo tedaj, ko so le-ti zadovoljni in dovolj motivirani za doseganje skupnih ciljev, poleg tega pa tudi zavezani h kvalitetnejšemu opravljanju nalog. V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v skladišču gotovih izdelkov Unior, d. d. Njihovo delo je zelo pomembno, saj so zadnji stik med pakiranim orodjem in uporabniki. So tisti, ki dajejo videz in obliko pakirnim embalažam, hkrati pa potrjujejo pravilnost količin in pripravijo odpreme za distribucijo o okolje, zaposleni pa čutijo tudi potrebo po uvedbi stimulacije na delovno mesto

Business stability and good business results are connected to the synergy among employees. However, this can only be achieved if they are satisfied, sufficiently motivated to work towards common goals and committed to performing their tasks more effectively. The thesis examines the influence of employee satisfaction on their work in the finished goods warehouse of the company Unior, d. d. Those employees play an important role as the final link between the packaging machine and end users. They take care of the appearance and form of the packaging, perform inventory control and prepare the goods for distribution.
The purpose of the thesis was to determine how individual factors influence the level of motivation in the finished goods warehouse. We were particularly interested in identifying the strongest motivating factors as well as those that require improvements. The theoretical part of the thesis presents certain motivation theories and the notion of motivation. As for the empirical part, it contains a questionnaire that was distributed among the employees to help us identify the motivating factors. We examined the influence of certain factors on motivation. The findings suggest that salary is a weak motivating factor. Interpersonal relations, social security and work environment are more successful in this respect. However, the employees feel that the company should introduce incentive pay. |
