Povzetek
Za uspešnost organizacije je pomembno, da so zaposleni v njej zadovoljni. Le zadovoljni zaposleni, bodo lahko izvajali kakovostne storitve. Varnost in kakovost je povezana z organizacijsko kulturo v bolnišnicah, z izobraževanjem, usposabljanjem, s spremembo vzorcev obnašanja in vrednot izvajalcev ter uporabnikov.
V magistrskem delu smo predstavili dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih in ugotovili stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih, v zdravstveni negi v psihiatrični bolnišnici Ormož. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge smo uporabili deskriptivno raziskovalno metodo. Opredelili smo pojem zadovoljstva zaposlenih in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Opisali smo načine merjenja zadovoljstva ter preučili zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi.
Opredelili smo pojem zadovoljstva zaposlenih, spoznamo pa tudi, kaj pomeni zadovoljstvo z delom in dejavnike, ki imajo velik vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Opisali smo načine merjenja zadovoljstva ter preučili zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi.V empiričnem delu, pa s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika ugotavljamo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z : vodenjem, notranjimi odnosi, kariernimi možnostmi, plačo, izobraževanjem, delovnim časom ter vsebino dela. Analiza in rezultati raziskave so predstavljeni v tabelah, z grafi in razpravo, prikazani so odgovori na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja.
Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so zaposleni v zdravstveni negi v psihiatrični bolnišnici zadovoljni. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni v zdravstveni negi v omenjeni organizaciji v veliki meri zadovoljni s delom, ki ga opravljajo, s sistemom izobraževanj, notranjimi odnosi in z vodji. Nekoliko manj so zadovoljni z notranjim komuniciranjem, informiranjem in s kariernimi možnostmi. Ugotovitve raziskave so pokazale tudi visoko nezadovoljstvo s plačo.
Predlagali smo tudi nekaj ukrepov za povečanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih, ki bodo predstavljeni vodstvu organizacije.

The perfomance of the orgazation it is inportant that employees arre happy in it.Safety and quality are associated with the organizational culture in hospitals, education, training, with change in behavior patterns and values of providers and users.
In our dissertation we present fact ors that influence the satisfaction of employees and research the satisfaction of employees in the psychiatric hospital in Ormož. In the theoretical part of our dissertation we used the descriptive research method by which we seek theoretical starting points for further research. We have defined the concept of satisfaction of employees but also got to know what the concept of job satisfaction means and discover the factors that have significant impact on employee satisfaction. We have described ways of measuring satisfaction and have analyzed employee satisfaction in health care.
In the empirical part, which is based on a survey questionnaire, we discover the satisfaction of employees with: management, internal relations, career opportunities, salary, education, working hours and job content. The analysis and results of the survey are presented in tables, graphs and with the help of a discussion; the answers to the research questions are shown. The results, that we gained with our analysis have shown, that the employees in health care are satisfied .We have found out, that the employees in health care in the aforementioned organization are largely satisfied with their work and the education system. Somewhat less they are satisfied with internal communication and information and with career opportunities. The survey findings also showed high dissatisfaction with salary. We also proposed some measures to increase employee satisfaction, which will be presented to the leadership of the organization. |
