Vpliv prometnih nesreč na transportno logistična podjetja

Povzetek

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali cestne prometne nesreče transportno logističnih podjetij in z njimi povezano cestno varnost ter zunanje stroške. Cestni transportni promet je eden izmed najbolj uporabljenih transportnih sistemov, zato je zelo pomembno, da je tudi varen. Tekom diplomske naloge smo pregledali že napisano literaturo o naši temi ter predstavili osnovo za nadaljnje delo. Osnova zajema literaturo o prometnih nesrečah cestnega tovornega prometa ter njihovih vplivih, obsega pa tudi stroške države in transportno logističnih podjetij. V drugem poglavju diplomskega dela smo se osredotočili na načrtovanje vprašalnika, ki smo ga izvedli, med drugim pa smo opisali tudi cilje, hipoteze ter metode raziskave. Zadnji del je namenjen statistični analizi podatkov, ki so povezani s cestnimi prometnimi nesrečami na območju Evrope in Slovenije. Predstavili smo tudi predloge prenove suprastrukture transportnih podjetij v Sloveniji ter zamisel, kako bi z izobraževanjem udeležencev cestnega prometa izboljšali prometno varnost. Ugotovili smo, da je najpogostejši dejavnik prometnih nesreč vprašanih podjetij človeškega izvora in ne izhaja iz zastarane suprastrukture, zato je potrebno dati večji poudarek sistematskemu izobraževanju ljudi. Je že res, da večina vprašanih podjetij že izvaja izobraževanje za zaposlene v povezavi z varnostjo prometa, vendar je zaskrbljujoče, da je večina le 57 odstotna. Tekom raziskave smo ugotovili tudi, da človeškemu dejavniku vzroka prometnih nesreč sledita utrujenost in neprilagojena hitrost. K zmanjšanju prometnih nezgod, ki nastanejo zaradi teh dejavnikov, bi pripomogli z vpeljavo inteligentnih transportnih sistemov, ki pa predstavljajo velik finančni zalogaj. Z našimi predlogi želimo ob pomoči smernic EU na dolgi rok zmanjšati število prometnih nesreč ter posledično zmanjšati negativne eksterne stroške tako transportno logističnih podjetij kot tudi države. Na takšen način želimo povečati konkurenčnost podjetij in prispevati k varnejšemu življenju ljudi.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The diploma paper discusses road traffic accidents of transport logistics companies and related road safety as well as external costs. Road freight traffic is one of the most widely used transport systems, therefore it is highly important that it is safe. Throughout the thesis we review already written literature on our topic and present a basis for further work. The base covers literature on traffic accidents in road freight transport as well as their effects, comprising the cost of the country and transport logistics companies. In the second chapter of the thesis we focus on the design of the questionnaire, which was carried out, among other things, we describe the objectives, hypotheses and research methods. The last part is devoted to statistical analysis of the data associated with road traffic accidents on the territory of Europe and Slovenia. We have also presented proposals to reform the suprastructure of transport companies in Slovenia and the idea of how to improve road safety by educating the road users. We have found that the most common factor in road accidents in surveyed companies is of human origin and not derived from obsolete suprastructure, so it is necessary to place greater emphasis on systematic education of people. It's true that most of the companies surveyed have implemented training for employees in conjunction with the safety of traffic, but it is worrying that the “majority” is only 57 percent. During the research we also found that traffic accidents are caused by human factors followed by fatigue and excessive speed. Traffic accidents caused by these factors could be reduced with the introduction of intelligent transport systems, but they represent a major financial burden. With our proposals and with the assistance of the EU guidelines we want to reduce the number of accidents and thus reduce the negative external costs of transport logistics companies, as well as the country. In this way we want to increase the competitiveness of enterprises and contribute to a safer life of people.
