Povzetek
V magistrskem delu smo na podlagi rezultatov izračuna toplotnih izgub in dobitkov dimenzionirali ogrevalno-hladilni sistem s toplotno črpalko zrak/voda in ventilatorskimi konvektorji. Pri obravnavi sistema smo se osredotočili predvsem na dimenzioniranje sistema nesimetrične dobave toplote in hladu, ki se razlikuje od splošno uporabljenega projektantskega pristopa dimenzioniranja na višjo porabo energije. Na podlagi predpostavke trajanja dnevne ogrevalne in hladilne obremenitve ter sezone ogrevanja in hlajenja v danih podnebnih razmerah smo potrdili pravilno dimenzioniranje toplotne črpalke na nižjo porabo. V nadaljevanju smo obravnavali delovanje ventilatorskih konvektorjev in mehanizme prenosa toplote pri obratovanju le-teh ter se posvetili zagotavljanju ugodnih bivalnih razmer. V ta namen smo raziskali tudi številne možnosti nadzora obratovanja konvektorjev in izvedli primerjavo obratovanja glede na notranjo in zunanjo temperaturo. Pri obratovanju konvektorjev glede na notranjo temperaturo smo ugotovili, da je smiselno obravnavati izbiro ustreznega tipa sobnega temperaturnega tipala, ki zaznava spremembo temperature na podoben način kot človek in presodili, da je za delovanje najprimernejša regulacija s PID zanko, ki omogoča znižanje občutljivosti sistema in minimalna temperaturna nihanja. Pri nadzoru obratovanja sistema v odvisnosti od zunanje temperature smo ugotovili, da je v primerjavi z nadzorom v odvisnosti od notranje temperature ta način obratovanja bolj primeren, saj omogoča manjše pogreške in bolj stabilno delovanje sistema. Presodili smo, da bi bil optimalen sistem nadzora v odvisnosti od zunanje temperature sistem s PI regulatorjem ob kompenzaciji zunanje motnje, pri čemer bi bila nihanja temperature minimalna.

Comparison of convector fan unit heating and cooling using indoor and outdoor temperature |

The subject of the present Master thesis is the design of a heating-cooling system with an air/water heat pump and fan coils based on the calculation of heat losses and gains. In selected example, we focused on the design of a system with asymmetric supply of heat and cold, which differs from the conventional design methods, based on dimensioning for a higher energy consumption. Based on the assumed duration of daily heating and cooling load and heating and cooling season in given climate conditions, we confirmed the correct sizing of the heat pump at a lower energy consumption. In addition, we researched the functioning of fan coils and different types of heat transfer. We tried to ensure optimal living conditions. For this purpose we studied various controlling options of fan coils and performed a comparison of fan coils operation according to the inside and outside temperature. When controlling fan coil according to the inside temperature, we noted that it is reasonable to consider the selection of the appropriate type of room temperature sensor that perceives temperature changes in a similar way as a human and figured that PID controller is the most appropriate type of regulation. This type of regulation reduces the sensitivity of the system and minimizes temperature fluctuations. When controlling fan coil according to the outside temperature, we found that compared to a controlling based on an inside temperature, the former is more convenient, because it allows for smaller errors and more stable operation of the system. We assessed that the optimal control system using outside temperature would be a system with PI controller that would also be able to compensate for the external disturbance. In this manner the temperature fluctuations would be minimal. |
