Povzetek
Podjetje Zastor, d.o.o. je bilo ustanovljeno leta 1991. Ob ustanovitvi podjetja je bila njegova temeljna dejavnost storitev zastopstva in prodaja delovne zaščite, kmalu pa se je začela razvijati tudi dejavnost proizvodnje stenja za sveče. Zaznana poslovna priložnost, nov izziv, vztrajnost, pripravljenost učenja, ustanoviteljeva sposobnost prevzemanja tveganja in njegove osebnostne lastnosti so dejavniki, ki so pripeljali do tega, da je ta dejavnost postala osnovna dejavnost podjetja Zastor, d.o.o. in da podjetje danes v Sloveniji zaseda vodilno pozicijo v tej panogi.
Vizija podjetja Zastor, d.o.o. temelji na maksimalnem upoštevanju želja in potreb njihovih kupcev. Zavedajo se, da podjetje obstaja zaradi njih in ne obratno, zadovoljnost kupcev bo njihovo vodilo in motivacija tudi v prihodnje. Kakovost proizvodov in storitev je najpomembnejša vrednota podjetja, ki je pomembno vplivala na rast in razvoj podjetja v preteklosti, njena pomembnost pa se tudi v planiranem obdobju ne bo zmanjšala.
Vizija in obstoječa politika podjetja Zastor, d.o.o. je bila osnova, na kateri smo temeljili pri planiranju in oblikovanju politike podjetja, ki smo jo zapisali po proučitvi podjetja in razvoja okolja v katerem podjetje deluje. Za uresničitev planirane politike podjetja smo planirali razvoj proučevanega podjetja na ravni strateškega managementa. Iskali smo razvojne možnosti podjetja, določili programsko-tržna področja, prikazali strukture podjetja in predlagali strategije ter izbrane strategije s programom razvoja postavili v čas in prostor.

The company Zastor, Ltd., was founded in 1991. When establishing the company’s primary business activities were representation services and selling of work protection, but it soon began to develop the manufacturing of wick for candles. The perceived business opportunity, new challenge, persistence, willingness to learn, the founders ability to take risks and his personality are the factors that led to the fact that this activity has become the basic activity of the company Zastor, Ltd., and that the company now occupies the leading position in this sector in Slovenia.
The vision of the company Zastor, Ltd., is based on the maximal acknowledgement of their customers’ wishes and needs. They are aware that the company exists because of the customers and not vice versa, the customers’ satisfaction will be their lead and motivation also in the future. The quality of products and services is the most important value of the company and has significantly impacted the growth and development of the company in the past, and its importance will not be reduced even in the planned period.
The vision and current policy of the company Zastor, Ltd., was the basis upon which we built by planning and policy-making of the company, which was written after examining the business and environment development in which the company operates. In order to achieve the planned business policy we planned the company's development at the level of strategic management. We were searching for business development opportunities, defined programme and market segments, showed the company's structure, proposed business strategies, and put the chosen strategies in time and space according to the development programme. |
