Povzetek
Stres na delovnem mestu je stalno prisoten že od nekdaj. Vendar je v zadnjem času zaradi tendence k temu, da manj zaposlenih opravi več dela, stres vedno večji, kar privede do izgorevanja. Premagovanje stresa, soočanje z neželenimi situacijami in njihovo pravilno procesiranje je zelo pomembno za preprečitev le tega. To pa lahko dosežemo s supervizijo.
Metodologija raziskovanja: Za pripravo diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo. Predelali ter analizirali smo tako domačo kot tujo literaturo, kar nam je omogočilo priti do teoretičnih izhodišč. V raziskovalnem delu smo podatke zbrali s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika v zdravstvenem domu na severovzhodu države (patronažna služba).
Rezultati: Ugotovili smo, da patronažne medicinske sestre kljub stresni naravi dela le redko trpijo za simptomi izgorevanja, kar lahko pripišemo dobremu počutju na delovnem mestu.
Sklep: Zavedati se moramo, da so nekatera delovna mesta zelo stresna, kar lahko privede do izgorelosti. Zato je potrebno stres obvladovati in se znati sproščati. Njegov vpliv in pojavljanje izgorelosti lahko zmanjšamo z dobrimi odnosi, odkrito komunikacijo, svetovanjem.

Stress on working place was and is always present. Recently burnout sindrom is more and more common because working trend is heading towards havin less employee do more job. All that causes more stress, so its verry important to know how to deal with it. With correct approach we can make our job easier, we can do it more professionaly, we can gorw as person , but only if organization is alowing us this option with supervision.
Research method: In my paper we used descriptive methods. We also analized domestic and foreign literature , wich gave us some theoretical questions. In our field reasearch we gathered informations with questionnaire. We were cooperating with health care center on the West of the country. Our questionnaire was filled by nurses who are working there as a home heath care nurses.
Result: We conclude that home health care nurses despite very stressful nature of work, suffer for burnout simptoms occasionally. We think that this is due to good condition on working place.
Conclusion: We need to be aware that some jobs are very stressful, and that can lead to burnout. To prevent this we need to know how to control it, how to relax. Its role in burnout can be reduced with good attitude, good comunication and with good guidance |
