Povzetek

Z raziskavo sem želela prikazati obstoječe stanje dela z otroki s posebnimi potrebami v rednih oddelkih vrtcev. S podatki, ki sem jih dobila na vzorcu, sem lahko izluščila posamezne dejavnike, ki bi jih bilo treba še izboljšati. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni otroci s posebnimi potrebami, integracija in inkluzija, usmerjanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami, vrsti programov za otroke s posebnimi potrebami v vrtcih, individualiziran program, sodelovanje s starši ter pomoč otrokom s posebnimi potrebami. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni problem, cilji, hipoteze, metode, vzorec, merski instrument, analiza podatkov, rezultati z interpretacijami ter predlogi za izboljšanje vzgoje in izobraževanja otrok s posebnimi potrebami v vrtcih. Raziskava je bila izvedena z uporabo deskriptivne in kavzalno neeksperimentalne metode. Podatke sem pridobila s kvantitativnim pristopom. Z objavo rezultatov bom skušala vplivati na izboljšanje prakse.

Sekundarni povzetek: Through the research, I wanted to show what is the current situation in working with special needs children in regular kindergarten departments. The information I acquired from the sample helped me to extract individual factors that would need to be further improved. The diploma thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on children with special needs as well as their integration, inclusion and motivation, a series of programmes for special needs children in kindergartens, individualized programmes, cooperation with parents and help offered for children with special needs. The empirical part introduces the problem, goals, hypotheses, methods, a sample, the measuring instrument, data analysis, results with interpretations, and suggestions for improving the education of children with special needs in kindergartens. The research was implemented by using the descriptive and causal non-experimental method. The data was collected through a quantitative approach. With the publication of results, I will try to encourage improvement in the field of practice.
