Povzetek

Diplomsko delo temelji na konkretni problematiki podjetja Engrotuš, d. d., in sicer problematiki neprimerne uporabe terciarne embalaže ter sortiranja povratnih palet. Podjetje Engrotuš, d. d., je eno največjih trgovskih podjetij v Sloveniji. Podjetje ponuja kompleksno ponudbo storitev tako na področju živilske in neživilske trgovske dejavnosti kot tudi na področju zabave. Osrednja tema dela bo razrešitev problema v povezavi z uporabo in dostopnostjo terciarne embalaže, natančneje plastičnih euro zabojev, ter kartonskih prerezov ter razrešitev problema v zvezi s sortiranjem povratnih palet v distribucijskem centru. Pri tem bo bralec spoznal obstoječe stanje ter vrste in načine dela v podjetju. Z našimi ugotovitvami bomo komisionarjem zagotovili optimalno dostopnost do terciarne embalaže ter povečali kakovost izdanih izdelkov iz skladišča. Prav tako bomo z našimi predlogi skušali optimizirati zasedenost v prostoru s povratnimi paletami.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The thesis is based on concrete issues of Engrotuš dd, namely the issue of inappropriate use of tertiary packaging, sorting and return of pallets. Engrotuš Engineering Joint Stock Company It is one of the largest retail companies in Slovenia. The company offers a complex range of services in the field of food and non-food retail activities as well as in the field of entertainment. The central theme of tasks to solve the problem associated with the use and accessibility of tertiary packaging, specifically Euro plastic crates and cardboard sections and resolve the problem of sorting feedback pallets in single distribution center. The reader will know the status quo, and the types and methods of work of the company itself. With our findings we will commission agents to ensure the accessibility of tertiary packaging, as well as increase the quality of issued products from the warehouse itself. We will also try our suggestions to optimize spatial occupancy of the room with reverse pallets.
