Povzetek
Osrednji problem diplomske naloge je navezanost rejencev na rejniško družino. Osredotočila sem se na rejniško družino, njeno vlogo pri razvoju rejenca in pomen navezanosti znotraj družine. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge sem se omejila na tri glavna področja. V prvem delu sem opisala pojem družina, naloge družine, kako se je družina razvijala skozi različna zgodovinska obdobja ter naštela in opisala različne vrste družin. V drugem delu sem podrobneje opisala rejniško družino oz. rejništvo kot dejavnost. Opredelila sem nekaj splošnih pojmov v povezavi z rejništvom, ter opisala urejenost rejništva v Sloveniji in po svetu. Nekaj vrstic sem namenila tudi razvoju rejništva in izvajanju le-tega v preteklosti. V tretjem delu sem opredelila teorijo navezanosti, in sicer stopnje navezanosti, kdaj se katera stopnja začne in kako dolgo traja. Predstavila sem pomen navezanosti za otrokov razvoj in tudi to, kaj vpliva na otrokovo navezanost na ljudi. Empirični del diplomske naloge sem izvedla na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika, podatke pa sem obdelala z računalniškim programom SPSS. Zanimala me je navezanost rejencev na rejniške družine; ali se bolj navežejo na rejnico ali na rejnika. Prav tako me je zanimalo, s kom imajo bolj kakovosten odnos. Rezultati so pokazali, da obstajajo razlike v kakovosti navezanosti in odnosov rejencev in rejenk z rejniki in rejnicami. Kot sem razbrala iz odgovorov rejencev, so le-ti bolj navezani na rejnico in se z njo tudi boljše razumejo in lažje odkrito pogovarjajo.

The central problem of my diploma work is the attachment of foster children to their foster family. I have decided to focus on a foster family, its role on the development of the foster children and the meaning of this attachment within the foster family. My theoretical part is limited to three main fields; in the first one the meaning of the family is being described, the tasks of the family and the general development of the family through several historic periods. Further I have listed and described different kinds of families. In the second part I have made a thorough description of a foster family or the fostership as an activity. I have defined some general concepts in connection with the fostership, described the situation of fostership in Slovenia and in the world. I have devoted a few lines to the development of the fostership and its performance in the past. The third part is about the theory of attachment, e.g. the degrees of attachment, the definition of when a certain degree begins and how long does it last. I have presented the meaning of attachment for the child's development and studied the reasons, why a child becomes attached to a certain person. The empirical part of my diploma work was performed on the basis of the survey questionnaire, I have processed the data with the computer programme SPSS. My interest was focused on the attachment of foster children to foster families and to answer the question, whether foster children can get the same kind of real attachment to their foster parents, as children get attached to their actual parents and further, if the attachment of foster children varies between the foster mother and the foster father. My next task was to determine, if there are differences in attachment between girls and boys and how does it differ with younger and older foster children. The results have shown that there are differences in quality and relationship of foster children to their foster parents. Foster children get more attached to their foster mother, with whom they have a better understanding; they feel closer to her, their communication is more intimate. |
