Povzetek

Diplomsko delo z naslovom »Informacijski sistem letališča Portorož« obsega šest poglavij. Uvodni del obsega opis problema, namena, cilja, predpostavke in omejitve raziskave ter uporabljene raziskovalne metode. Sledijo tri poglavja, v katerih je najprej na splošno predstavljen informacijski sistem letališč, v drugem in tretjem delu pa se diplomsko delo natančneje usmeri k predstavitvi informacijskega sistema, ki se uporablja izključno v splošnem letalstvu. Tu sta podrobneje predstavljena informacijska sistema splošnega letalstva Letališča Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana in Letališča Portorož. Peti del diplomske naloge predstavlja smeri razvoja informacijskega sistema Letališča Portorož, pri čemer sta za smernice uporabljeni analizi informacijskega sistema splošnega letalstva Letališča Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana in Letališča Portorož, ki sta sestavljeni iz predstavitve vseh prednosti in slabosti posameznega informacijskega sistema splošnega letalstva. V zadnjem delu pa so podane še sklepne ugotovitve.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The thesis titled "The Portorož Airport information system" is comprised of six chapters. The introductory part is comprised of a description of the problem, the purpose, objectives, assumptions and limitations of the research and applied research methods. This is followed by three chapters, the first dealing with general information system of airports, while the second and third part of the study are specifically directed to the presentation of the information system which is used exclusively in general aviation. The general aviation information systems for the Jože Pučnik Airport and the Portorož Airport are described in detail in this part. The fifth part of the thesis introduces the direction of development of the information system at the Portorož Airport, using the Jože Pučnik Airport and the Portorož Airport information systems analyses as guidelines, the latter being comprised of the presentation of the pros and cons of each IT system for general aviation. The last part consists of conclusions.
