Povzetek

Teoretična izhodišča: Diplomsko delo govori o odnosu odraslih ljudi do gibanja. Redno gibanje in rekreacija imata pomemben varovalni učinek za zdravje. Krepi in ohranja zdravje ter ugodno vpliva na številne dejavnike tveganja in že razvite bolezni. Pravilen način življenja in zadostna količina gibanja pripomore k boljšemu zdravju in preprečuje veliko bolezni.

Sekundarni povzetek: Introduction: The thesis talks about the relationship of adults to exercise. Regular exercise and recreation have a significant protective effect on health. It strengthens and maintains a healthy and beneficial effect on several risk factors and developed disease. To promote health is sufficient half an hour of moderate-intensity activity every day or at least five times a week. Physical inactivity does not only affect on human health but also to the whole society and economy. The aim of the thesis is to present the importance of exercise for the health of adults and research with a survey to determine their attitude towards the movement. Reserch methodology: In the thesis is used descriptive and quantitative methodology. Data were collected using an anonymous questionnaire containing 14 questions of which 10 questions closed-type questions and 4 half-closed type. Acquired data was shown with Microsoft Word text and presented graphically using Microsoft Excel. The study involved 60 random adults. Result: Based on an analysis of the results, we found that adults are not moving enough and they know that. The most of respondents know the consequences of lack of exercise/recreational activities. The most common obstacle to lack of exercise/recreational activities, is the lack of time and lack of will. Most adults prefer to go for walks in nature. Movement/recreational activities mean well-being and strengthen your body to the most people. Conclusion: Data obtained from surveys tell us that adults are not moving enough. Unfortunately, the vast majority of movement does not seem so important to follow the recommendations relating to the movement. The correct way of life and a sufficient quantity of movement contributes to better health and help prevent many diseases. The reason for the lack of movement is a modern way of life, always faster pace and lack of time.
