Povzetek
Veliko je avtorjev, ki proučujejo organizacijsko klimo in kulturo. Predvsem jih zanima njun vpliv na zaposlene ter njihovo poslovno okolje, kako se spreminjata, merita in kaj je pomembno za dobro počutje v organizaciji. Sodobno organizacijsko okolje zahteva od podjetij in organizacij dovolj hitro prilagajanje na spremembe v poslovnem okolju in da so temu primerno pripravljeni na neprestano izobraževanje. Zaradi dinamičnosti teh sprememb, vse bolj sili menedžment v iskanje različnih oblik organiziranosti organizacij.
Organizacije danes delujejo v okolju, v katerem se soočajo z velikimi in s stalnimi spremembami. Spremembe v javnem sektorju se nanašajo na način delovanja poslovanja, organiziranje in razvoj, zato se morajo organizacije in podjetja nenehno in dovolj hitro prilagajati vse bolj zahtevnim razmeram okolja, strmeti k novim ciljem ter k izboljšanju učinkovitosti in uspešnosti za boljše delovanje. Za uspešno delovanje je zato potrebna ustrezna komunikacija, uspešno reševanje problemov, motivacija, vzdušje, dobri medsebojni odnosi ter dobro poznavanje okolja in samega sebe. Vsak javni sektor ima svoja pravila, cilje, strukturo, vrednote, metode in strategije. To pa odraža njeno klimo in kulturo.
Organizacijska kultura in klima vplivata na oblikovanje, delovanje in uspešnost organizacije. Zaposleni so s tem bolj povezani med sabo, saj jih vodje z spodbujanjem pripeljejo do boljšega dela in izpolnjevanja obveznosti. Poskušajo jih čim bolj motivirati, da bi se z vsako spremembo povečalo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, sploh če so pravilno obravnavani, so le-ti zadovoljni na delovnem mestu, kar povečuje uspešnost organizacije.

Many authors study organizational climate's and culture's influence on employees and their business environment, how they change, how are they measured and what is significant to the organization's good atmosphere. The modern organizational environment requires companies and organizations to rapidly adapt to changes in the business environment and to be adequately prepared for continuous education. The dynamics of these changes forces management to search for different forms of organization of organizations.
Nowadays, organizations operate in an environment in which they face major and continuous changes. Changes in the public sector are co-related to the business models, organization and development, therefore the organizations and the companies are constantly and rapidly adapting to increasingly demanding environmental conditions, pursuing the new objectives and improving the effectiveness and efficiency for achieving better performance. Therefore, are for effective functioning of the public sector required adequate communication, effective problem solving, motivation, proper atmosphere, good inner relations and a sufficient understanding of the environment. Each public sector has its own rules, goals, structure, values, methods and strategies. Altogether reflects in its unique climate and culture.
The affect of organizational climate and culture is visible in the design, operation and performance of the organization. When the leaders' encouragement lead to better work and fulfillment, the employees are more interconnected. They try to motivate them as much as possible, implement changes in pursuit of obtaining increased employee satisfaction, specially when properly treated, the employees are thrilled at work site, which increases the success of the organization. |
