Povzetek
M-poslovanje je veja e-poslovanja, ki pa z razliko od e-poslovanja poteka preko mobilnih naprav, z uporabo brezžičnega mobilnega interneta. Brezžični mobilni internet je danes razvit že do takšne mere, da presega zmogljivosti klasičnega interneta. Govorimo že o četrti generaciji brezžičnih mobilnih omrežij, ki jih na kratko imenujemo 4G. Storitve m-poslovanja so še posebej privlačne zato, ker jih lahko uporabimo kjerkoli in kadarkoli, saj omogočajo stalno brezžično internetno povezavo, hkrati pa brez mobilnih naprav skoraj nikoli ne zapustimo doma. Še posebej priljubljeni sta spletno mobilno nakupovanje in mobilno bančništvo. Mobilno nakupovanje omogoča enostavno brskanje med izdelki ter primerjanje in iskanje čim ugodnejših cen proizvodov. Tako se vedno bolj uveljavlja tudi aktivnost potrošnikov, imenovana showrooming, kjer potrošniki obiščejo fizično prodajalno za ogled izdelkov, nato kar v trgovini s svojo mobilno napravo preverijo spletno ponudbo izdelka in ker je ta večinoma na spletu dostopen po ugodnejši ceni, izdelek naročijo, fizično prodajalno pa zapustijo praznih rok. Največkrat uporabljene mobilne naprave v namene m-poslovanja so pametni telefoni in tablični računalniki, ki so v zadnjih letih širom sveta dosegli neizmerno visoko stopnjo prodaje, kar je v veliki meri pripomoglo k revolucionarnem razvoju m-poslovanja v zadnjem letu. M-poslovanje zaradi svoje praktičnosti, preprostosti, obsežne ponudbe aplikacij in storitev ter krajevne in časovne neomejenosti, imenujemo za poslovanje prihodnosti. Podjetji Amazon.com in Apple Inc. sta se zgodaj zavedli pomembnosti m-poslovanja, zato sta ga do danes že razvili v veliki meri, vendar pa še najdaljno aktivno razvijata inovativnosti, ki jih bosta v prihodnosti lahko ponudile potrošnikom.

M-business, (also known as m-commerce), is a branch of e-business, (also known as e-commerce.) Unlike e-business, m-business works via mobile devices, with the usage of a wireless data connection. Nowadays, wireless mobile internet is developed to such an extent that its capacity is becoming greater than traditional internet connection capabilities. We are refering about the fourth generation of wireless internet connection also known as 4G. M-business services are especialy likeable because, they work well with today's constant connection with the internet, they can be used anywhere and at any time, and mobile devices are almost never left behind when we leave home. More and more popular methods of m-commerce among consumers is online shopping and mobile banking. Shopping with mobile devices offers a simple way of searching for products, comparing the prices of products, and looking for the best possible deals on the products we want. With the help of mobile devices, consumers have developed an method known as showrooming. Showrooming is a feature used when consumers visit a physical store with the intent of looking for products they want. After they find a wanted product, they can check for an online offer for the said product using their mobile device. Since the prices on online stores are usually more affordable, they will order a product online and leave the physical store empty handed.
The most used mobile devices for the purpose of m-business are smart phones and tablets. In past years they have acheived an extremly high sale rate world wide and that has helped m-business to be developed in a revolutionary way. M-business nowdays, because of practicality, simplicity, the wide range of applications and services, and no boundry in time and place, marks the future of business.
The company Amazon.com and Apple Inc. have realized the importance of m-business early on, that is why they have already developed it in a big way and they are still working on future innovations. |
