Izgradnja modela spletnega portala za mednarodni transport in primerjava z obstoječimi spletnimi portali

Povzetek

Magistrsko delo je nastalo na podlagi večletnih praktičnih izkušenj pri izvajanju in posredovanju transportnih storitev ter zaznane potrebe po novem spletnem portalu transportnih storitev. Obravnava problematiko in značilnosti naročanja transportnih storitev proizvodnih podjetij na eni strani ter reakcije ponudnikov transportnih storitev na drugi strani. Posebna pozornost je posvečena razvoju novega informacijskega sistema, ki bi podjetjem olajšal proces naročanja prevoznih storitev in tako prispeval k optimizaciji poslovanja, hkrati pa skrajšal postopke, potrebne za popoln in celovit proces izvajanja ter nadzorovanja transportnih storitev. V ta namen so analizirane potrebe podjetij, pogoji poslovanja, obstoječi sistemi naročanja ter njihove posamezne prednosti in slabosti. Na osnovi teoretičnih dognanj in dosedanjih izkušenj uporabe obstoječih portalov je v nalogi razvit in prikazan nov model spletnega portala, ki omogoča ujemanje ponudbe transportnih storitev s povpraševanjem po le-teh v najkrajšem možnem času, omogoča pa tudi spremljanje in kontrolo nad izvajanjem transportnih storitev. Magistrsko delo je prikaz, kako se lahko teorija in praksa preprosto, predvsem pa učinkovito srečata in (so)delujeta z roko v roki.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The Master’s thesis is the result of several years of practical experience in the implementation and operation of transport services and the detected needs for a new transport service web portal. On one hand, the thesis discusses issues related to and characteristics of commissioning transport services of manufacturing companies, and on the other hand, the reactions of transport service operators. Special attention is paid to the development of a new IT system that would, on the one hand, facilitate the commissioning of transport services and thus contribute to optimised operations of companies but also, on the other hand, fast track all procedures required for a complete and comprehensive transport service operation and control process. For this purpose, the thesis also includes an analysis of company needs, operating conditions and existing commissioning procedures and their advantages and disadvantages. Based on theoretical findings and hitherto experience in the use of existing web portals, the thesis has also developed and illustrated a new web portal model that would facilitate matching between transport service supply and demand as quickly as possible as well as the monitoring and control of transport services. The thesis illustrates how theory and practice can simply, but most of all efficiently, come together and work or cooperate hand in hand.
