Predlog nadgradnje turistične ponudbe Hotela Jakec RTC Trije Kralji

Povzetek

V prvem poglavju smo opisali in opredelili problem podeželske destinacije hotela Jakec na Treh Kraljih. Zastavili smo si cilje, postavili trditev, predpostavke ter omejitve in opredelili metode raziskovanja. V drugem poglavju smo teoretično, s pomočjo literature različnih avtorjev, predstavili podeželsko destinacijo. Predstavili smo delovanje družinskih hotelov in športno rekreativnih storitev, ki so zanimive za turiste. Izbirali smo med storitvami in dejavnostmi, ki so povezane s športom ter rekreacijo v naravi, kot so pohodništvo, kolesarjenje in lahko vplivajo na boljše počutje, torej tudi na zdravje ljudi. V tretjem poglavju smo predstavili hotel Jakec na Bistriškem Pohorju in hotel Gundolf v kraju Pitztal v Avstriji. Predstavili smo njuno gostinsko in športno rekreativno ponudbo. S pomočjo tabel in metodo primerjalne analize smo ugotavljali, kakšne so podobnosti in razlike med hoteloma v ponudbi in podali svoje predloge. V četrtem poglavju, ki predstavlja sklep diplomske naloge, smo predlagali nadgradnjo turistične ponudbe hotela Jakec, ki bi pripomogla k večji tržni uspešnosti in boljši zasedenosti družinskega hotela.

Sekundarni povzetek:	In the first chapter we have described the field and defined the problem of rural destination of the Hotel Jakec on Trije Kralji. We set goals, the statement, assumptions and limitations as well as defined the research methods. In the second chapter, we presented the rural destination with the help of literature of different authors. We presented the operations of family hotels and sport-recreational activities which are interesting to tourists. We chose among services and activities connected with sports and recreation in nature, such as hiking and cycling, which can influence our well-being, therefore, our health. In the third chapter, we presented the Hotel Jakec on Bistriško Pohorje and the Hotel Gundolf in the Austrian town of Pitztal. We presented their catering and sport-recreational offer. With the help of tables and the method of comparative analysis we were establishing the similarities and differences between the hotels in their offer and stated our suggestions. In the fourth chapter, which presents the conclusion of the diploma paper, we proposed an upgrade of tourism services provided by hotel Jakec, which would contribute to bigger market success and better occupancy of the family hotel.
