Povzetek
Ocena tveganja je začetek pristopa k upravljanju zdravja in varnosti pri delu. Namen ocene tveganja je preprečevanje nezgod pri delu in preprečevanje poslabšanja zdravja zaposlenih.
Pomembnost zdravja in varnosti delavca na delovnem mestu se med drugim kaže tudi v tem, da je to področje urejeno z zakonodajo. Zakon o varnosti in zdravju pri delu zavezuje delodajalce, da ocenijo tveganja in sprejmejo izjavo o varnosti, katere del je tudi ocena tveganja.
Zaposleni so oziroma morajo biti seznanjeni z oceno tveganja za njihovo delovno mesto, vendar se kljub temu velikokrat ne zavedajo škodljivosti, tveganj in nevarnosti, ki so jim pri delu izpostavljeni.
V diplomski nalogi je pojasnjeno, kaj je ocena tveganja, kako je dokument sestavljen, kdo ga pripravi in čemu je namenjen. Podrobno je predstavljena ocena tveganja velike in male pekarne ter primerjava vsebine obeh dokumentov.
Izvedli smo anketiranje pekov, zaposlenih v veliki in mali pekarni, ter prikazali rezultate anketnih vprašalnikov.
Peki so v anketnem vprašalniku ocenjevali tveganja, ki so jim izpostavljeni pri svojem delu. Tveganja, ki so jih ocenjevali, so nevarnosti in škodljivosti, ki so povzete po dokumentu Izjava o varnosti z oceno tveganja obeh pekarn.
Rezultate anketnih vprašalnikov smo predstavili ločeno za veliko in malo pekarno.
Primerjali smo tudi oceno za posamezno škodljivost oziroma nevarnost iz dokumenta Izjava o varnosti z oceno tveganja z rezultati anketnih vprašalnikov, ločeno za veliko in malo pekarno.
Ugotovili smo, da peki, ki so zaposleni tako v veliki in mali pekarni, ocenjujejo, da so tveganja na njihovem delovnem mestu manjša, kot je to ocenjeno v Izjavi o varnosti z oceno tveganja. Poleg tega peki v mali pekarni v povprečju nižje ocenjujejo tveganja, škodljivosti in nevarnosti, kot jih ocenjujejo peki, zaposleni v veliki pekarni.

Risk assessment is the beginning of managing health and safety at work. The purpose of risk assessment is the prevention of work related accidents and employee health deterioration.
The health and safety of workers at their work station is important, this area is also regulated by law. The Occupational Health and Safety Act obligates employers, to assess risks and to pass a safety statement a part of which is risk assessment.
Employees are or must be informed about risk assessment of their work station but they are often not aware of the dangers and risks that they are exposed to at work.
The study explains what risk assessment is, how the document is composed, who draws it up and what its porpoise is. It presents the risk assessment of the documents of the large and small bakery in detail and compares the content of both documents.
We have performed the survey among the bakers employed in the large and small bakery and present the results of the survey.
In the survey bakers assessed risks that they are exposed to at work. The risks they assessed were the dangers and harmful elements taken from the document of the safety statement with risk assessment of both bakeries.
The results of the surveys are presented for the large and small bakery separately. We also compared dangers and hazards from the risk assessment document with the survey results for the large and small bakery separately.
We found that the bakers employed in the large and small bakery asses risks they are exposed to at their workplace as lower than it is assessed in the risk assessment document.
Furthermore, the bakers in the small bakery on average asses the risks, hazards and dangers as smaller as the bakers employed at the large bakery. |
