Povzetek
Proces nenehnih izboljšav je ključnega pomena za vsako proizvodno podjetje, saj lahko le z nenehnim izboljševanjem povečuje svojo dobičkonosnost. To podjetje dosega po eni strani s stalnim izboljševanjem učinkovitosti proizvodnih procesov, po drugi strani pa s stalnim izboljševanjem kakovosti izdelkov povečuje zadovoljstvo kupcev, od katerih je ekonomsko odvisno.
V diplomskem delu smo prikazali teoretična izhodišča, na katerih temelji proces nenehnih izboljšav v podjetju. Kot temeljna izhodišča smo prepoznali: stalno vrtenje kroga izboljšav PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act), sistemski pristop in standarde sistema kakovosti ISO 9000.
Na podlagi študija literature smo prikazali trenutno stanje v podjetjih, ki se pomena nenehnih izboljšav zelo zavedajo, vendar imajo težave z izvedbo in spremljanjem procesa nenehnih izboljšav.
V nadaljevanju smo prikazali sistemski pristop k procesu nenehnega izboljševanja v, katerem ima najpomembnejšo vlogo vodstvo podjetja, v proces nenehnega izboljševanja pa so vključeni vsi zaposleni in vsi oddelki v podjetju. Na podlagi prepoznanih področij, ki vplivajo na proces nenehnih izboljšav, smo posamezna področja podrobneje opisali in nakazali, kako jih podjetje lahko praktično vpelje. Na podlagi prepoznanih elementov procesa nenehnih izboljšav smo prikazali model na enem proizvodnem obratu.
Zaradi kompleksnosti celovitega procesa nenehnih izboljšav je edino sistematičen pristop k procesu nenehnih izboljšav učinkovit in podjetje popelje k stalnemu napredku.

Continuous improvement process is essential for every manufacturing company, since only by continuous improvement its profitability can be increased. On one hand a company can increase its economic performance by continuous improvement of the efficiency of production processes. On the other hand, continuous improvement of product quality can lead to customer satisfaction, which ultimately leads to better economic performance of the company.
In my diploma thesis, I have addressed the theoretical frameworks on which the process of continuous improvement in a manufacturing company is based. As fundamental starting points continuous rotation of the circle improvement PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act), a systemic approach and the quality system standard ISO 9000 have been identified. The literature I have studied highlights the key importance of continuous improvement for companies that report the problems with the implementation and monitoring of continuousimprovement process.
In the second part of my diploma thesis a systematic approach to the process of continuous improvement in which top management is as essential element as well as the active involvement of all employees regardless of the function and role are shown. On the basis of the identified areas that have impact on the process of continuous improvement, specific areas are described in more detail and means of practically introducing them in a company are given. In addition to that the model is shown at a production site.
Due to complexity of the overall process of continuous improvement, the systematic
approach to continuous improvement is the only effective way that can contribute to the permanent progress of the company. |
