Povzetek
Značilnost sodobnega svetovnega gospodarstva je turbulentno okolje z nenehnimi spremembami. Cilj vsakega delujočega podjetja je obstoj in nadaljnji razvoj, zato mora biti podjetje sposobno se hitro odzivati na te spremembe okolja in se tako prilagajati novim razmeram. Razvoj podjetja je življenjska nuja podjetja, saj služi večanju blagostanja vseh udeležencev podjetja.
V teoretičnem delu magistrske raziskave ugotavljamo, da ima razvoj podjetja svojo procesno hierarhijo in, da je za dolgoročni razvoj podjetja potrebno razvojno planiranje na ravni politike podjetja, strateškega in izvedbenega managementa. Usmerili smo se na razvojno planiranje v podjetjih v lesnopredelovalni panogi. V tem delu naloge predstavljamo značilnosti panoge, v kateri se po dolgih letih upada prvič poslovni rezultati končno izboljšuje, saj je les naša domača strateška surovina in počasi pridobiva na pomenu.
V praktičnem delu magistrske raziskave proučujemo razvojno planiranje v lesnopredelovalnih podjetjih Panles, d. o. o., in Panles oprema, d. o. o., na ravni politike podjetij ter na ravni strateškega in izvedbenega managementa.
Raziskava je potekala na osnovi spoznanj MER modela integralnega managementa, saj nudi najprimernejše procesne in metodološke rešitve razvojnega planiranja podjetij. Na ravni politike podjetij smo obravnavali snovanje, oblikovanje in izbiro politike podjetij ter vanjo vgrajeno razvojno vizijo. Na ravni strateškega managementa smo se osredotočili na iskanje strateških možnosti in strategij ter njihovega vrednotenja, izbire in programiranja uresničitvenega planiranega razvoja podjetij. Na ravni izvedbenega managementa smo opredelili potrebne strukture in procese za uresničitev programiranega razvoja podjetij.
Skozi raziskavo smo potrdili zastavljene hipoteze, da je za nadaljnji razvoj potrebno razvojno planiranje na vseh treh ravneh managementa ter, da je za uspešno razvojno planiranje pomembno poznavanje okolja podjetja in panoge, v kateri deluje.

The modern global economy is characterized by the ever-changing turbulent environment. The goal of each working company is to survive and further develop and in order to achieve that, the company must be capable of quickly reacting to the changes in the economic environment and therefore adapt to the new conditions. The development of the company is of life importance for the company since it increases the prosperity of all stakeholders.
In the theoretical part of the master’s thesis we conclude that the development of the company has it’s own hierarchy of processes and that the long-term development requires planing of development on the level of company policy, as well as strategic and operative management. We focused on the planning of development in the wood-processing sector. In this part of the thesis we present the characteristics of the sector, in which after years of decline the business outcomes are finally improving since wood is our domestic and strategic resource which is slowly gaining on importance.
In the empircal part of the master’s thesis we study the planning of development in the wood-processing companies Panles, d. o. o., and Panles oprema, d. o. o., on the level of company policy and the strategic and operative management.
The study was carried out on the basis of findings of the MER model of integral management since it provides with the most fitting methodological and process solutions for the planning of development. In terms of company policy we were examining the devising, design and selection of the companies’ policy and the development vision built into it. In terms of strategic management we focused on finding strategical options and strategies as well as their evaluation, selection and programming of the realization of the planned development of the company. In terms of execution management we determined the necessary structures and processes for the realization of the programmed development of the companies.
With the thesis we have confirmed the set hypotheses that to ensure further development, the planning of development is required on all three levels of management and that in order to successfully plan development it is necessary to be familiar with the environment of the company and the sector in which it works. |
