Povzetek
V današnjem času se vse več podjetij zaradi različnih razlogov sooča s poslovno krizo. Tako podjetja niso dovolj fleksibilna, da bi se lahko prilagajala velikim in hitrim spremembam tako znotraj podjetju kot v okolju. V krizo zaidejo predvsem zaradi pomanjkanja finančnih sredstev ali pa neučinkovitega vodenja. Ne glede na razlog zakaj je podjetje zašlo v poslovno krizo je pomembno, da vodstvo podjetja čim prej odkrije vzroke za nastanek krize ter poišče rešitve za njeno odpravo, saj je lahko v nasprotnem primeru kriza za podjetje usodnega pomena.
V magistrskem delu smo proučili reševanje poslovne krize v podjetju. Magistrsko delo smo razdelili na teoretični in empirični del.
V teoretičnem delu smo podrobneje opredelili teoretična izhodišča za obravnavo kriz - proučili smo različne opredelitve pojma krize, saj jo vsak avtor opisuje na drugačen način; poslovne krize in poslovanje – tj. temeljne značilnosti poslovnih kriz, različne stopnje kriz, dve kategoriji poslovnih kriz; vzroke za nastanek poslovnih kriz - zunanje in notranje vzroke; potek razvoja poslovne krize v podjetju - štiri faze razvoja krize, življenjski cikel podjetja, informacije, ki ji mora podjetje pridobiti v krizni situaciji; načine reševanja podjetja iz krize; ukrepe za izhod iz krize; vedenje udeležencev v krizi; ter kako preprečiti nastanek krize - načini preprečevanja krize v podjetju ter predlogi za izboljšanje organizacije poslovanja.
V empiričnem delu smo na podlagi intervjuja z direktorjem družbe in informacij, ki smo jih pridobili na praktičnem usposabljanju v obravnavanem podjetju preučili vzroke za nastanek poslovne krize v obravnavanem podjetju ter način reševanja krize v podjetju.
Ugotovili smo, da je bil temeljni vzrok za nastanek poslovne krize prezadolženost zaradi izgradnje ene najmodernejših, najsodobnejših in tehnološko najbolje opremljenih vinskih kleti v Evropi. Da bi nastalo poslovno krizo v podjetju, kar se da najhitreje in najbolj učinkovito rešili se je zamenjalo vodstvo oziroma direktor podjetja. Novi direktor je najprej opravil analizo stanja v podjetju in se na podlagi tega lotil priprave poslovnega načrta oziroma načrta poslovne sanacije za obdobje 2012-2017. Načrt je vseboval pet ključnih področij pomembnih za reševanje krize. Prva stvar je bila zamenjava managementa oziroma vodstva, saj management, ki krizo povzroči težko najde izhod iz nje – tj. ne zaradi njegove nesposobnosti, ampak zaradi prevelikega pritiska iz okolja. Druga ključna stvar je bila vzpostavitev vodstvene ekipe, jasna razdelitev nalog ter prevzemanje odgovornosti za sprejemanje odločitev. Tretja stvar je bila podpora banke z odobritvijo moratorija na kredite in obresti v celotnem obdobju sanacije. Četrta ključna stvar so bili mali lastniki, ki so se za obstoj podjetja bili pripravljeni odpovedati svojim lastniškim deležem. Peta stvar, ki je podjetju pripomogla k reševanju poslovne krize je bila inovativnost (vsako leto je podjetje uvajalo nove izdelke, ki so bili povezani z vinom).
Kljub temu, da je nastala poslovna kriza podjetju povzročila veliko težav pa je bila do neke mere tudi pozitivna, saj so se v podjetju zgodile spremembe, ki so izboljšale njegovo delovanje in mu omogočajo v prihodnosti še bolj učinkovito in uspešno delovanje ter rast in razvoj.

Nowadays, more and more companies for various reasons, faced with a financial crisis. Some companies are not flexible enough to be adapted to large and rapid changes in the company and the environment; Other fall into crisis due to lack of financial resources; Third, because of inefficient management... Whatever the reason why the company was in financial crisis and the consequent life cycle finds itself in a phase of decline of the importance that the management company as soon as possible discovers causes of the crisis and the solutions as soon as possible cure, because the otherwise crisis of critical importance for the company.
In this thesis, we further investigated the problem solving business crisis in the company. Dissertation was divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we define in more detail the theoretical foundations for dealing with crises (we studied different definition of crisis, as it is every author describes in a different way); business crisis (the fundamental characteristics of a business crisis, the various stages of crisis, two categories of business crises); causes of commercial crises (internal and external causes); conduct of business development crisis in the company (the four phases of the development crisis, the life cycle of enterprise information, which are to be acquired in crisis situations); ways of solving of the crisis; measures to overcome the crisis; behavior of participants in the crisis; how to prevent a crisis (crisis prevention methods in the enterprise) as well as suggestions for improving the organization's operations.
In the empirical part it was based on an interview with the director of previous experience and the information we have gained on practical training in this company determined the reasons why it formed a business crisis, and how he dealt with the company embarked upon to solve the crisis.
We have found that the fundamental cause of the crisis, over-indebtedness of the business due to the construction of one of the most modern, state of the art technology and best equipped wineries in Europe. To the resulting financial crisis in the company, which can be faster and more efficiently solve the changed management or director of the company. A new director has been carried out to analyze the situation in the company and on the basis that undertook the preparation of a business plan or business rehabilitation plan for 2012-2017. The plan included five key things through which the company can save from a business crisis. The first thing was to replace management and leadership as management that the crisis caused difficult to find a way out of it (not because of management incompetence but because of pressure from the environment). Another key thing was to establish a management team, a clear division of tasks and taking responsibility for their decisions. The third thing was to support banks by granting a moratorium on loans and interest throughout the period of rehabilitation. The fourth key thing was the small owners, who have for the existence of the company was willing to give up its stake. The fifth thing that the company will contribute to solving the crisis was business innovation (each year the company introduce new products that have been associated with wine). Nevertheless, it has become business crisis the company caused a lot of problems has been to some extent positive, because they were in the company occurred changes which have improved its performance and enable it in the future even more effective and efficient operation and growth and development. |
