diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovsko-izobraževalnih procesov
Do izraza pridejo šele ob vsakodnevnem delovanju v različnih delovnih situacijah in okoliščinah. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili različna dejstva o timskem delu in kompetencah, v raziskovalnem delu pa smo opravili raziskavo z anketiranjem zaposlenih v glavni pisarni Finančnega urada Ljubljana. Podatke smo analizirali z deskriptivno statistično metodo, s pomočjo programa IBM SPSS Statistics in t-testa pa smo preverjali hipoteze.

Nowdays, when organizations in professional world, decide about human resources, we can almost everywhere run into concept of “competence”. To employees they are important from employment perspective, and for employers they represent key characteristics at employee selection.
Competence are those attributes of an individual, that are base for successful and efficient activity in explicit organization. One of the following is also a team work, where competence signify exceptional importance. Formation of an efficient team is not a simple task. Team, compared to an individual, has a larger potential in sense of productivity and creativity, it also enables division of a responsibility and influence on employees burden. However, just because of that fact, we may not expect, that tasks will be done successfully. It is very important to know the characteristics of an individual, what is range of their knowledge and work experience.
