Povzetek
V magistrskem delu smo raziskovali konfliktne situacije med režijskimi in terenskimi sodelavci. Konfliktne situacije so del vsakdana s katerimi se srečujemo doma in v službi ter nastajajo med prijatelji ali popolnimi neznanci. V nalogi smo se osredotočili na konflikte, ki nastajajo v službi znotraj posamezne skupine (med terenskimi ali pisarniškimi delavci) ali med timi. V teoretičnem delu smo obravnavali nekaj osnovnih opredelitev konfliktov, vzroke za njihov nastanek, reševanje in posledice. V naslednjem poglavju smo preučili vplive posameznih dejavnikov na nastanek konfliktnih situacij. Obravnavali smo pomen organizacijske klime in njen vpliv na konflikte, stres v povezavi s konflikti, konflikte v timih ter vpliv vodenja na nastanek konfliktov.
V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate ankete, ki je bila razdeljena med zaposlene v podjetju X. Z odgovori na anketna vprašanja smo ločili dve skupini zaposlenih: pisarniške oz. režijske delavce in delavce zaposlene na terenu. Iskali in preučevali smo morebitne razlike v pojavljanju in obravnavi konfliktnih situacij med tema dvema skupinama zaposlenih. V raziskavi smo prišli do zaključkov, da ni bistvenih razlik pri pojavljanju konfliktnih situacij med terenskimi in režijskimi delavci. Pogled zaposlenih na konflikte je enak ne glede na to kje zaposleni opravljajo delo. Zaznanih ni bilo pomembnih razlik o pogostosti pogovorov z vodjo glede na starostno skupino anketirancev, prav tako starost in preobremenjenost z delom med seboj nista povezani. Pri povprečni oceni odnosa vodij terenskih delavcev in vodij pisarniških delavcev do konfliktnih situacij prav tako ni statistično pomembnih razlik. Primerjava vzrokov za nastanek konflikta kaže na to, da pomanjkanje informacij med zaposlenimi pogosteje vpliva na nastanek konflikta kot pomanjkanje sodelovanja med zaposlenimi. Prav tako je tudi pomanjkanje komuniciranja med zaposlenimi večkrat vzrok, ki pripelje do nastanka konflikta kot pa nejasno opredeljene naloge.

In the present Master's thesis we examined conflict situations between administrative and field co-workers. Conflict situations, which can be encountered at home or at work, are part of our everyday lives, and may occur between friends or complete strangers. This thesis focuses on conflicts at work within an individual group (between field and office workers) or between teams. The theoretical part examines some basic definitions of conflicts, the reasons for their occurrence, conflict resolution and consequences. In the next chapter we studied the impacts of individual factors on the occurrence of conflict situations. We considered the importance of the organisation’s atmosphere and its influence on conflicts, conflict-related stress, conflict within teams and the influence of management on the occurrence of conflicts. The empirical part presents the results of a survey that was given to employees at company X. The answers to the survey questions enabled us to divide the employees into two groups: office or administrative workers and field workers. We sought for and studied potential differences in the occurrence and consideration of conflict situations between these two groups of employees. We concluded that there are no significant differences in the occurrence of conflict situations between field and administrative workers. The employee's view of conflict is the same regardless of where each individual employee actually works. No significant differences were observed in the frequency of discussions with managers with regard to the age group of the interviewed workers. Age and work overload were also not interconnected. There are also no statistically relevant differences in the average assessment of the relationship between managers of field workers and managers of office workers in conflict situations. The comparison of reasons for the emergence of conflict shows that a lack of information among employees more often impacts the emergence of a conflict than the lack of collaboration between employees. A lack of communication between employees is also more frequently the cause of conflict than unclearly determined tasks. |
