Povzetek
V diplomskem delu Vpliv izobrazbe na zaposlitvene možnosti v občini Cerknica smo raziskali stanje na trgu dela v občini Cerknica in kakšen vpliv ima izobrazba na zaposlitvene možnosti. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, ali občani dobijo delo v domači občini ali se na delo vozijo v druge občine, kako dolgo so iskali zaposlitev, kakšen vpliv so pri tem imele delovne izkušnje in ali so se pripravljeni dodatno izobraževati.
Raziskovali smo s pomočjo opravljene spletne ankete, statističnih podatkov ter poročil in analiz Zavoda Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje. Poudarek smo dali predvsem na občane, stare od 30 do 39 let s stalnim ali začasnim prebivališčem v občini Cerknica. Zanimalo pa nas je tudi, kako je z zaposlitvijo pri mladih. Analizirane podatke smo predstavili tudi v tabelah in grafih.
Ugotovili smo, da diplomanti dobijo delo v občini, vendar velikokrat dobijo delo, primerno nižji stopnji izobrazbe. Veliko se jih izobražuje poleg službe oz. so se pripravljeni izobraževati. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da se stanje na trgu dela popravlja, da pa ni pomembna samo izobrazba, ampak tudi delovne izkušnje, neformalna znanja in motiviranost za delo.

The diploma thesis The influence of education on employment opportunities in Municipality Cerknica presents the research of the situation on the labour market in the municipality of Cerknica and the impact of education on possibilities of getting an employment.
The aim of the research was to determine whether people can get an employment in their area or they have to commute to work, how long they have looked for a job, what their previous working experiences have had on getting a job and whether they are willing to educate.
Research consisted of on-line surveys, processing of statistical data and reports as well as analyses of analyses of the Employment Service of Slovenia. The Emphasis was given to citizens aged between 30 and 39 years with permanent or temporary residence in the municipality of Cerknica. Further on, we were also interested in employment of young people and the analyzed data are shown in tables and graphs.
We have found that graduates get work in the municipality, but it is often a job for which they could have a lower level of education. Many people who have a job are attending courses to achieve additional skills, which shows they are willing to educate. The results of the research showed that the situation on labour market is improving, however, not only education but also work experience, informal knowledge and motivation for work play significant role when a person is looking for a job. |
