Povzetek

V diplomskem delu smo se lotili izdelave simulatorja, ki predstavlja invazivno merjenje krvnega tlaka. Simulator bi bil primeren za izobraževanje študentov , ki bi na ta način bolje razumeli zapletene tehnične podrobnosti tega sistema. Meritve na simulatorju smo izvajali vsakič z drugačnimi osnovnimi nastavitvami večkrat zaporedoma, da smo ugotovili, katere nastavitve (tlak v arteriji ) nam dajo najbolj realne rezultate oziroma najbolj izpolnjujejo pogoje, ki bi omogočali prenos simulatorja v šolsko okolje. V diplomskem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Raziskavo smo osnovali na kvantitativni metodologiji in sicer tako da smo opravili 30 meritev invazivnega arterijskega krvnega tlaka na simulaciji. Uporabljali smo pravo medicinsko opremo , enako tisti ki jo uporabljamo v kliničnem okolju. Raziskavo smo izvedli v simulacijskem okolju. Podrobneje smo opisali invazivno merjenje krvnega tlaka, sisteme za merjenje in pa njihovo umerjanje, saj je pomembno da medicinska sestra oziroma osebje ki izvaja to aktivnost pozna teoretični del invazivnega arterijskega merjenja krvnega tlaka in vse tehnične napake, ki se lahko pripetijo med merjenjem, da zna pravilno ukrepati. Del diplomske naloge smo posvetili tudi opisu arterijskega katetra, indikacij in kontraindikacij za nastavitev le tega in vseh komplikacij, ki jih lahko pričakujemo. Raziskave in vaje so nam dala rezultate na vsa raziskovalna vprašanja. Tako smo po modifikaciji simulatorja in po nekaj osnovnih nastavitvah izmerili arterijske invazivne tlake, ki so bili povsem primerljivi z izmerjenimi krvnimi tlaki v kliničnem okolju, tudi krivulja arterijskega krvnega tlaka je bila sinusna. Izmerjene vrednosti srednjega invazivnega arterijskega tlaka na monitorju smo primerjali z srednjimi arterijskimi tlaki, ki smo jih izračunali s pomočjo dveh različnih formul. Na raziskovalno vprašanje o natančnosti oziroma izmerjenih srednjih arterijskih tlakih nismo dobili natančnega odgovora, ker so se rezultati razlikovali in nismo našli vzorca, ki bi pojasnjeval ta razlikovanja. Rezultate empiričnega dela smo predstavljali in opisovali preko slikovnega gradiva, ki smo ga zbrali tekom raziskovanja, da bi naše delo bilo kar se da dobro razumljeno in bi si študenti lažje predstavljali namen diplomskega dela.

Sekundarni povzetek: In this thesis we have undertaken a simulator that represents invasive measurement of blood pressure. A simulator could be appropriate for the education of students in order to gain better understanding of the complex technical details of this system. Simulator measurements were carried out each with different basic settings repeatedly in order to find out which settings (a pressure in the arteries) give us the most realistic results or achieve the most of the conditions which would allow the use of the simulator in the schools. In this thesis we have used descriptive method. The research was founded on quantitative methodology in such a way that we performed 30 invasive measurement of arterial blood pressure in the simulation. We have used real medical equipment, equal that is used in a clinical setting. The survey was carried out in a simulation environment. We have described invasive blood pressure measurement, measurement systems and their calibration, as it is important that the nurse or staff who carries out this activity knows theoretical content of invasive arterial blood pressure measurements, and any technical error that may occur during the measurement that can respond correctly. Part of the thesis was devoted to the description of the arterial catheter, indications and contraindications for setting thereof, and all the complications that can be expected. Research and practice in the simulation center has given us the results of all research questions. Thus, by modifying the simulator , and a few basic settings measured arterial invasive pressures were completely comparable with the measured blood pressure in the clinical setting, the curve of the arterial blood pressure was sinus. The measured values of the middle invasive arterial pressure on the monitor are compared with the mean arterial pressure , which were calculated using two different formulas. On the research question about the accuracy and measured mean arterial pressure we did not receive a precise answer , because the results have differed and did not find the sample, which explains this distinction. The results of the empirical work were represented and described through imagery collected during the survey in order to understand our work as well as possible and that students would have a better idea of the purpose of the thesis.
