diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Povzetek
Odločitev o tem, koga zaposliti in na katero delovno mesto, močno vpliva na poslovanje vsakega podjetja. Zaposlovanje na podlagi tradicionalnega pristopa, ki temelji na pregledovanju življenjepisov, pregleda seznama izkušenj in osebnega intervjuja s kandidatom, lahko podjetju prinese veliko tveganje. Dogaja se, da kandidat na izbornem razgovoru ustvaril dober vtis, potem pa na delovnem mestu ne doseže pričakovanj delodajalca. Zato je načrtovanje, izbiranje in uvajanje kadra nedvomno pomembno za vsako organizacijo, ki deluje v pogojih konkurence na trgu.
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili proces kadrovanja od planiranja do uvajanja in motiviranosti zaposlenih. V raziskovalnem delu smo najprej predstavili podjetje Atlantic Grupa d.d., njegovo organizacijsko strukturo, poslanstvo in vizijo. Ugotavljali smo, kako v podjetju Atlantic Grupa d.d. deluje kadrovski oddelek, kakšen je proces zaposlovanja kadrov in kako podjetje uvaja nove kandidate. V ta namen smo izvedli intervju s HR specialistko in anketo, ki smo jo elektronsko izvedli med zaposlenimi. Z analizo rezultatov smo dobili jasno sliko delovanja kadrovskega oddelka, procesa zaposlovanja in procesa uvajanja novih zaposlenih v podjetju. Ugotovili smo, da se v podjetju Atlantic Grupa d.d., močno zavedajo kako pomembni so zaposleni za uspeh podjetja. Kadrovski oddelek sledi trendom iz področja kadrovanja in se s tem trudi pridobiti najboljše kandidate za določeno delovno mesto.
V zaključnem delu smo razpravljali o ugotovitvah in podali predloge za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja.

The decision about who we hire at a particular post influences the operations of each company vitally. Hiring employees following the traditional approach, which is based on reviewing CVs, reviewing lists of experience and a personal interview with the candidate, may bring a lot of risks to the company. It occurs that a candidate creates a good impression at the selection interview. However, he does not reach the expectations of the employer at his workplace. Therefore, planning, selection and recruitment of staff are undoubtedly important for any organization that operates within the conditions of competition on the market.
The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. In the theoretical part we presented the recruitment process from planning to recruitment and motivation of the employees. The research was first presented to the company Atlantic Grupa d.d., its organizational structure, its mission and its vision. We found out how the company Atlantic Grupa d.d. HR department works, studied their process of recruitment of staff and concentrated on how the company introduces new candidates. To present the mentioned elements, we conducted an interview with an HR specialist and a survey, which was conducted electronically among the employees. The result analysis provided a clear picture of the functioning of the HR, the employment process and the process of introducing new employees. It was concluded that the company Atlantic Grupa d.d. is strongly aware of the importance of its employees for the company's success. Their HR department follows the trends in the field of human resources and consequently obtains the best candidates for the job.
The final part discusses the findings and makes suggestions for improving the existing situation. |
