Povzetek
V današnjem času živimo v obdobju globalizacije zato morajo manjša, srednja velika in velika podjetja trgovati in delovati na globalnem področju. Le tako se bodo razvijala rastla in obstala na domačem ter tujem trgu. Z razvojem podjetij in njihovo rastjo so se razvijale tudi oblike vodenja in upravljanja organizacij. Razvojne faze so se dopolnjevale in trenutno sta najprimernejši fazi menedžmenta strateški in integralni menedžment.
V diplomskem projektu je predstavljen strateški menedžment, in sicer različne metode analiz za preučevanje notranjega in zunanjega okolja podjetja ter metode za celostno preučevanje podjetja. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene tudi strategije, ki smotrno sledijo metodam za preučevanje podjetja.
V nalogi so na praktičnem primeru obravnavane analize za preučevanje širšega zunanjega okolja panoge proizvodnje očal in tudi analiza notranjega okolja podjetja Safilo v primerjavi s konkurenco in na podlagi teh so osnovane tudi smiselne strategije za to podjetje.
Ker je strateški menedžment celota življenjskega okolja, politike podjetja, vizije in poslanstva, vloge kulture, etike, verodostojnosti podjetja ter njegove strategije in cilji, je v diplomskem projektu mogoče zaslediti prav vse omenjene dele strateškega menedžmenta.

We live in a time of globalisation meaning that SMEs and large corporations must sell and operate on the global market. It is only thus that they will be able to grow and survive on both the domestic and foreign markets. The development and growth of companies was accompanied by the development of management and corporate governance methods. The development phases complemented one another, making strategic and integral management the most suitable management phases at this time.
The BA thesis presents strategic management, i.e. the various methods of analysis to study the internal and external environments of the company as well as the methods for the comprehensive study of the company. The thesis continues by presenting the strategies that effectively follow the methods for the study of the company.
The thesis uses a practical example to consider the analyses for the study of the broader external environment, i.e. the glasses manufacturing industry, and the analysis of the internal environment of the Safilo company vis-à-vis its competitors, all of which serves as the basis for the formulation of a reasonable strategy for the company under consideration.
As strategic management is represented by the entirety of the living environment, company policy, vision and mission, the role of corporate culture, ethics and the authenticity of the company and its strategies and objectives, the BA thesis deals with all of these aspects of strategic management. |
