Povzetek

V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo na kratko predstavili obstoječe stanje skladiščno distribucijskega centra izbranega podjetja. Osredotočili smo se na skladiščenje nevarnega blaga, saj je to specifična storitev, ki zahteva veliko pozornost vseh udeležencev. Predstavili smo skladiščni objekt, njegove sektorje in manipulacijska sredstva, ki omogočajo ustrezno delo z nevarnim blagom. Opisali smo tudi informacijski tehnološki sistem. Prav tako smo predstavili materialni tok v skladišču in potek nakladanja ter razkladanja tovornega vozila. V drugem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili probleme v skladiščnem distribucijskem centru. Analizirali smo delovni proces zaposlenih v skladišču in s tem pridobili pregled nad potekom dela uskladiščenja ter odpreme nevarnega blaga. Opisali smo ugotovljene pomanjkljivosti, jih analizirali in stroškovno ovrednotili. Predstavili smo predloge za izboljšavo delovnega procesa skladiščenja in podali stroškovno oceno. Prikazali smo izračun investicije in izračunali čas odplačila.

Sekundarni povzetek:	In the first part of the thesis we briefly introduced the existing condition of warehouse and distribution center of the selected company. We focused on warehousing the dangerous goods, for this is a specific service that requires a lot of attention of all the participants. We presented the warehousing premises, its sectors and manipulation resources, which enable us the appropriate work with the dangerous goods. We also described information technological system. We also presented the physical flow in the warehouse as well as the course of loading and unloading of a truck. In the second part of the thesis we presented the problems in the warehouse and distribution center. We analyzed the working process of the employees in the warehouse and thus acquired the overview over the course of work of storage as well as the dispatch of the dangerous goods. We described the ascertained deficiencies, analyzed them and performed cost evaluation. We presented the proposals for the improvement of the working process of warehousing and gave cost evaluation. We showed the calculation of the investment and calculated the time of repayment.
