Povzetek
Z diplomskim delom sem želela poudariti pomen razvoja posameznikove kariere v današnjem za zaposlitev vse bolj neprijaznem času. Posamezniki se tega vse bolj zavedajo, zato dajejo vse večji pomen načrtovanju lastne kariere. Dosežena izobrazba pogosto ne zadošča na vedno bolj konkurenčnem trgu delovne sile. Pri pisanju diplomskega dela sem ugotovila, da so bila v preteklosti podjetja tista, ki so v celoti skrbela za razvoj posameznikove kariere, medtem ko je danes vloga posameznika v procesu načrtovanja lastne kariere vedno večja. Kdo je odgovoren za razvoj in načrtovanje posameznikove kariere, obstajajo različna strokovna mnenja. Eni menijo, da je to posameznik, drugi, da je odgovorno tako podjetje kot tudi posameznik. Načrtovanje lastne kariere je posameznikova skrb, prenašanje odgovornosti na podjetje je tako nesmiselno. Vendar pa ima podjetje pri načrtovanju posameznikove kariere pomembno vlogo, s tem, da mu pomaga, omogoča napredovanje, nudi dodatna izobraževanja in usposabljanja. Karierno uspešnejši so tisti posamezniki, katerim stoji organizacija ob strani. Organizacije se tega vse bolj zavedajo in v razvoj zaposlenih veliko več in pogosteje vlagajo. Saj se zavedajo, da le ustrezno usposobljen in zadovoljenj kader je ključni element konkurenčne prednosti. Vendar je pri tem potrebno poudariti, da je vlaganje v zaposlene precejšen strošek za organizacijo.

With graduate work, I like to stress the importance of the individual's career for a job in today's increasingly hostile time. Individuals are more a more aware of this, therefore, give the growing importance of planning their own careers.Educational attainment is not sufficient in an increasingly competitive labor market. When writing graduate work, I found that they were in the past, companies that are fully cared for the development of the individual's career, while today the role of individuals in the process of planning their own career growing up. Who is responsible for the development and design of the individual's career, there are differences of professional opinion. Some consider that the labour should do it by itself, on the other hand, others thinks that the company is also responsible, as well as individuals. For When a Labour try to Plan their own careers they avoid to transfer the responsibilities to the company because they thinks is ridiculous. The company with that helps the individual carrer by employer with planning theirs own carrer in the future. The organization who stand beside the employer who give more possibility to create a succeful carrer. Entreprise are aware of this result and invest more fenquently in the development on their own employees. The companies have to know that the key for competitive advantage is to get a qulified labour work and regular staff meeting .
