Sekundarni povzetek: | Metallic bases for office furniture are considered in this dissertation. To get started, we made SWOT analysis of our client’s company. Then we reviewed sales program and chose a few models of individual table bases. For selected models we have determined the stage of life cycle in which the product is currently located. With the help of the program DEXi we designed a hierarchical decision-making model to determine the commercial attractiveness of the product. We also made another DEXi model, which helped us to compare our client’s product with competitive. |
