Povzetek
V današnjem času, ko je konkurenca tako velika, je za podjetje zelo pomembno, da na trgu ponudi takšno prodajno ceno izdelkov oziroma storitev, ki bo privabila potrošnike in ustvari takšne izdelke oziroma storitve, ki so kvalitetni in pri katerih ima najmanjše stroške.
Diplomski seminar obravnava oblikovanje prodajnih cen namakalnih kompletov hobi programa v podjetju Lego d.o.o. Brežice.
Diplomski seminar zajema dva poglavja, deli se na teoretični in praktični del.
V teoretičnem delu najprej predstavim metode oblikovanja prodajnih cen, kjer se spoznamo z različnimi avtorji in njihovimi teorijami o prodajnih cenah ter njihovem oblikovanju, kalkulacijo stroškovne cene in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na prodajno ceno.
V praktičnem delu pa predstavim namakalne komplete hobi programa, ki jih prodaja obravnavano podjetje, s katerimi stroški se srečuje skozi njihov življenjski cikel, to je od nabave do prodaje in kako do sedaj oblikujejo prodajne cene. Osredotočila sem se tudi na analizo trga in konkurence. Kasneje sem naredila kalkulacijo stroškovne cene in določila optimalno prodajno ceno, za katero menim, da bi lahko izboljšala poslovanje podjetja.

Nowadays competition is very substantial; therefore it is very important for the company to offer such a selling price of its products or services on the market that will attract consumers. It is also very significant for the company to create high-quality products or services, which also have the lowest costs.
The graduate seminar considers the sales price formation of watering systems of the hobby programme at the company Lego d.o.o. Brežice.
It is divided into two chapters: the theoretical and the practical part.
In the theoretical part I began by introducing the methods of sales price formation, whereby we become acquainted with various authors and their theories on sales price formation, cost price calculation and factors affecting the selling prices.
In the practical part I introduced the watering systems of hobby programme sold by
the company, and I presented the costs they face throughout their life cycle; beginning with the purchase of materials and all the way trough sales of assembled system. I also presented the current practice of sales price formation. I also decided to focus on market research and competition analysis. After that I made calculations of cost prices and determined the optimal selling price, which I believe could improve the company business. |
