Povzetek
V današnjem času polnem sprememb in gospodarske krize se podjetja nenehno bojujejo za preživetje. V takem okolju je še posebej težko za mlada, pionirska podjetja, ki se šele uveljavljajo na trgu in si še morajo pridobiti določeno skupino odjemalcev. Za pionirska podjetja, kakor tudi za vsa ostala podjetja, je za preživetje ključnega pomena planiranje razvoja podjetja.
Magistrska naloga je nastala na spoznanjih, da veliko podjetij, ki so v pionirski fazi ne posveča velike pozornosti planiranju razvoja podjetja, kar pomeni, da velikokrat nimajo zapisane niti vizije podjetja, politike podjetja, kaj šele strategij in strateških planov. Za planiranje razvoja pionirskega podjetja moramo posebej upoštevati njegove posebnosti, tako na politični, kot strateški ravni planiranja.
V magistrski nalogi bomo proučevali planiranje razvoja pionirskega podjetja, in pri tem izhajali iz značilnosti pionirskega podjetja, kot sta jih opredelila Pümpin in Prange. Te značilnosti pa vplivajo tudi na zahtevnost procesa planiranj v takem podjetju. Pri tem bomo izhajali iz MER-modela integralnega managementa in oblikovali predlog razvojnega planiranja pionirskega podjetja. Magistrska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu bomo najprej predstavili razvojne modele podjetij in nato natančneje predstavili model Pümpina in Prangeja, pionirsko podjetje ter planiranje razvoja podjetij v MER modelu integralnega managementa. Na koncu teoretičnega dela bomo predstavili posebnosti planiranja razvoja v pionirskem podjetju. V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge, bomo proučili pionirsko podjetje XY d.o.o., ter oblikovali predlog razvojnega planiranja pionirskega podjetja. Pri tem bomo izhajali iz značilnosti pionirskega podjetja, kot sta jih opredelila Pümpin in Prange in iz MER-modela integralnega managementa.

Today we are faced with a challenge of change as well as an economic crisis, which also translates into companies struggling to survive on a daily basis. This kind of environment is especially difficult for young start-up companies, which are not yet fully established in the market and still need to gain a certain group of consumers. Nevertheless, the key element for survival, not only for start-up companies but also for all the rest, remains the business development planning.
The master's thesis is based on recognition that a lot of start-up companies are not dedicating a lot of attention to business development planning and most of the time, the company’s vision, policy, strategic planning or business strategy are not written down. However, in the light of business development planning, we have to consider the start-up company's particularities on the political as well as strategic level of planning.
The master’s thesis is studying the business development planning of a start-up company according to start-up’s characteristics, defined by Pümpin and Prange, which also influence on the complexity of the process of planning in this kind of companies. In the frame of the latter, the MER model of integral management is going to be implied and a proposition of business development planning of a start-up company is going to be formed.
The master's thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is dealing with the presentation of company development models, of a model defined by Pümpin and Prange, of a start-up company and of business development planning on the basis of MER model of integral management and at the end, the particularities of business development planning in a start-up company are going to be presented. In the empirical part, the start-up company XY d.o.o. is going to be studied and the proposition of business development planning is going to be formed according to the start-up’s characteristics, defined by Pümpin and Prange, as well as on the basis of MER model of integral management. |
