Abstract
Diplomsko delo se loteva zelo širokega področja komunikacije med podjetjem in potrošnikom. Obravnavali bomo, kako pomembno je, da je ta komunikacija enotna, načrtovana, kakovostna, in kako velik vpliv ima na odnos, ki ga oblikuje med podjetjem in potrošnikom. Opisali bomo pomembnejše vidike oblikovanja dobrega odnosa ter opozorili na to, kako pomemben je ta za ugled in uspešnost podjetja. Kot primer bomo obravnavali podjetje Skupina Perutnina Ptuj.

This thesis tackles a very broad field of communication between a business and the consumer. We will study the importance of this communication being uniform, designed, high-quality and how major of an impact it has on the relationship that it forms between the customer and business. We will describe the important aspects that need to be considered in the establishment of a good relationship, and show how important it is for the reputation and the success of the business. We will use the business Perutnina Ptuj Group as an example. |
