Abstract

Načrtovanje in izbiranje ustreznega kadra je nedvomno pomembno za vsako organizacijo, ki deluje v pogojih konkurence na trgu. V teoretičnem razdelku tega diplomskega dela prikazujemo prevladujoča izhodišča in smernice pri načrtovanju, pridobivanju in izbiranju kadrov. V empiričnem razdelku predstavljamo podjetje X, njegovo organizacijsko enoto in kadrovsko strukturo zaposlenih. Bolj podrobno prikazujemo praktično izvedbo procesa načrtovanja in izbiranja kadrov v tem podjetju oziroma njegovi organizacijski enoti. Delo zaključujemo z nekaterimi primerjavami med teoretičnimi izhodišči in praktično izvedbo ter dodajamo nekaj sugestij za izboljšanje dela na tem področju

Secondary abstract: Planning and recruiting of appropriate human resources is clearly important for any organization that operates under conditions of competition in the market. In the theoretical part of this thesis we present predominating starting points and guidance on planning, gaining and recruiting workforce. In the empirical part we present company X, its organizational unit and staffing structure of employees. We show better detailed practical implementation of the process of planning and recruiting human resources in this company. We conclude the study with some comparisons between the theoretical starting points and practical implementation and add some suggestions for improving work in this area.
