Secondary abstract: | Planning and recruiting of appropriate human resources is clearly important for any organization that operates under conditions of competition in the market. In the theoretical part of this thesis we present predominating starting points and guidance on planning, gaining and recruiting workforce. In the empirical part we present company X, its organizational unit and staffing structure of employees. We show better detailed practical implementation of the process of planning and recruiting human resources in this company. We conclude the study with some comparisons between the theoretical starting points and practical implementation and add some suggestions for improving work in this area. |
