Povzetek
V današnjem času je želja vsakega gospodarskega subjekta, da pridobi in izbere čim kvalitetnejši kader, ki bi podjetju prinesel tisto dodano vrednost, s katero bi se podjetje uvrstilo v boljši konkurenčni položaj napram drugim podjetjem, ki se ukvarjajo z isto oziroma podobno dejavnostjo. Pri tem se podjetje sooča z bistvenimi vprašanji kot so: kakšen profil zaposlenega je najboljši za podjetje, katere lastnosti naj zaposleni poseduje, da bo z njimi lahko pripomogel k razvoju podjetja, katere so tiste metode s katerimi bi podjetje oziroma zaposlovalec ugotovil lastnosti, ki jih želi od bodočega zaposlenega in navsezadnje na kakšen način zaposlenega izobraziti za tiste lastnosti, ki jih mogoče v začetni fazi dela še ne poseduje. V trenutnih zaostrenih gospodarskih razmerah je naloga podjetja, da zaposlene ustrezno motivira, da le-ti podjetju prinesejo tisto dodano vrednost, ki loči manj uspešna podjetja od bolj uspešnih.
Diplomsko delo "Pridobivanje in izbiranje kadrov v podjetju KD Življenje, zavarovalnica, d.d." zajema teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo na splošno predstavili proces kadrovanja, predvsem pa smo se osredotočili na pridobivanje in izbiranje kadrov. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge smo najprej predstavili podjetje KD Življenje, zavarovalnica, d.d. S pomočjo intervjuja s kadrovsko službo smo analizirali potek postopka pridobivanja in izbiranja kadrov. Mnenja zaposlenih o problematiki pri pridobivanju in izbiranju kadrov pa smo pridobili z anketiranjem. Ugotovili smo, da se podjetje pri iskanju kandidatov poslužuje tako internega kot eksternega pridobivanja kadrov. Pogosto uporabljajo neformalno obliko zaposlovanja in sicer metodo priporočil preko že zaposlenih delavcev, ki priporočijo svojega prijatelja, znanca, sorodnika. V podjetju tudi zaposlujejo študente, ki so opravljali delo v podjetju. V zaključnem delu diplomskega dela smo podali predloge za rešitev in izboljšanje obstoječega stanja.

Wish of every economic subject is within today`s time, that gain and choose extremely more quality cadres, that would bring that added value to company, with which would company place in to better competitive position unto other companies, that they deal with the same and analogous activity. At this company confronts with essential questions as are: what kind of profile of an employee is best for company, which characteristics let the employees owns, that he will be able to contribute to development of company with them, which are that procedure with which will company or employer found the characteristics that he wants them of a future employee and after all on what kind of manner employee to educate for that characteristic that them possible in initial phase of development still is not owning. In current aggravated economic conditions is task of company that it motivates employees suitably, that they bring to company that added value, that separates less successful companies from more successful.
Dissertation ˝Recruitment and selection of Human Resources in KD Life, insurance company, plc˝ captures theoretical and empirical part. We presented process of staffing generally in theoretical part of a dissertation, we above all concentrated on recruitment and selection of shot. In empirical part of dissertation are first introduced KD Life, insurance company, plc. With the help of interview with personnel department we analysed course of procedure of recruitment and selection of shot. . Employees' opinions on the issue of recruitment and selecting personnel were obtained by surveying. We found that the firm is seeking candidates for making use of both internal as of external recruitment of shot. They often use an informal form of employment, namely through the method of the recommendations those already employee, who recommend their friend, acquaintances, relatives. The company also recruits students who were working in the company. In the final part of the dissertation we have presented proposals to solve and improve the existing situation. |
