Abstract

Magistrsko delo Učenje izven učilnice: študija primera v 3. razredu pri pouku spoznavanja okolja (življenjski prostori) sestavljajo tri zaokrožene celote, ki se med seboj dopolnjujejo in nadgrajujejo - teoretični, praktični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je podrobneje predstavljeno učenje izven učilnice, ki ga zaokroža izkustveno učenje. V praktičnem delu (izpeljanem v tretjem razredu Osnovne šole dr. Jožeta Toporišiča Dobova) je podrobna učna priprava Dobova in življenjski prostori v njej, ki izhaja iz teoretičnih spoznanj teoretičnega dela naloge, opisan je potek dela in evalvacija narejenega. Ugotovljeno je, da takšen način dela zahteva od učitelja skrbnejšo pripravo, strokovno znanje, poznavanje učencev in zagotavljanje varnosti, za učence pa višjo motivacijo, iznajdljivost in timsko sodelovanje. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni izsledki empirične raziskave, torej predtesta (izveden je bil 14 dni pred izvajanjem učnega sprehoda) in potesta (izveden je bil 14 dni po izvajanju učnega sprehoda). Ugotovljeno je, da učenci svoj kraj in življenjske prostore v njem dobro poznajo, so pa rezultati potesta višji.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis Learning outside a classroom: a 3rd grade case study in regard to learning science (habitats) consists of three integral wholes that are mutually supplemented and upgraded - the theoretical, the practical and the empirical part. The theoretical part presents detailed learning outside a classroom which is rounded up by experiental knowledge. The practical part (carried out in the third grade of the primary school OŠ dr. Jožeta Toporišiča Dobova) is a detailed teacher's preparation titled Dobova and its habitats, which is based on theoretical findings of the theoretical part of the thesis. It includes the progress of work and evaluation at the end. It has been found out that such method of work demands more preparation from the teacher, professional knowledge, understanding students and provision of safety, whereas students have to be more motivated, inventive and work in teams. The empirical part introduces the results of the empirical research, the so-called pretest (carried out 14 days before the educational walk) and after test (carried out 14 days after the educational walk). The results show that students are familiar with their town and its habitats, but the results of the after test are higher.
