Secondary abstract: | In the master’s thesis the assembly of the used linear electrohydraulic servo system is described and the composition of the electrical power and control signals. The user interface is designed with the ability to control the position of the piston. The first part describes the controller and additional modules used for data capture and servo systems management. The program for data acquisition of sensors and closed loop control of the piston is explained. A user friendly interface is created for faster and easier setting of controller parameters and setting of different control profiles for controlling the piston. The basic concepts of the management of the hydraulic servo system are presented and various concepts of optimization of the regulators are explained and tested. |
