Abstract

V magistrskem delu so opisani posamezni sklopi hidravličnega linearnega servosistema ter sestava močnostnega in krmilnega električnega dela. Zasnovan je uporabniški vmesnik z možnostjo položajne regulacije batnice ter preskušanje različnih metod optimizacij regulatorjev. V uvodnem delu so podrobneje opisani krmilnik in dodatni moduli, kateri so uporabljeni za zajemanje podatkov in vodenje servosistema. Izdelan je program za zajemanje podatkov senzorjev in zaprtozančno vodenje batnice z uporabo regulatorjev. Za hitrejšo in lažjo nastavitev parametrov regulatorja in nastavitev različnih trajektorij vodenja, je izdelan namenski uporabniški vmesnik. Na koncu magistrskega dela so predstavljeni osnovni koncepti vodenja hidravličnega servosistema ter testirani različni koncepti optimizacij regulatorjev.

Secondary title: Designing and construction of a control system for electrohydraulic linear servo axis
Secondary abstract: In the master’s thesis the assembly of the used linear electrohydraulic servo system is described and the composition of the electrical power and control signals. The user interface is designed with the ability to control the position of the piston. The first part describes the controller and additional modules used for data capture and servo systems management. The program for data acquisition of sensors and closed loop control of the piston is explained. A user friendly interface is created for faster and easier setting of controller parameters and setting of different control profiles for controlling the piston. The basic concepts of the management of the hydraulic servo system are presented and various concepts of optimization of the regulators are explained and tested.
