Abstract

S spodbujanjem inovativnosti v poslovnih procesih podjetja ustvarjajo dodano vrednost izdelku oziroma storitvi, pa tudi zaposlenim. Inovativni menedžment mora dobro razumeti vlogo zaposlenega kot vira ustvarjalnosti. S tem lahko trženjske zakonitosti prilagodimo poslovnim procesom kot temeljnim vrednotam vseh zaposlenih. Na podlagi tega se zgradi zaupanje in šele takrat teorija zaživi v praksi podjetja. V nalogi smo prikazali pomen inovativnosti od faze razvoja izdelka do prototipa. V razvojni fazi smo prikazali stopnje, kakor tudi tržne potrebe in kasnejše razvojne možnosti. Predstavili smo tudi inovacijski proces ter prikazali možnosti spodbude inoviranja v podjetju glede na zahteve. V nalogi smo se osredotočili na tehnike kreiranja idej, za lažjo predstavo, oceno in kasnejše vrednotenje. Ob tem smo predstavili tudi strategijo za izdelavo prototipov, razvijanje, testiranje trga za nenehno izboljšavo in optimiziranje poslovnega procesa.

Secondary title: Role of creativity and management in new product development
Secondary abstract: By encouraging innovation in business processes, businesses create added value to their product, service, and employees. Innovative management must understand the role of an employee as a source of creativity. By doing so, market principles can be adapted to business processes as the fundamental values of all employees. This can serve as a basis on which trust can be built, and only then can theory be put into the company's practice. In the thesis, we presented the importance of innovation from the product development phase to the prototype phase. Within the development phase, we demonstrated the individual levels of the process, as well as the market needs and further development possibilities. In addition, we presented the innovation process, along with the possibilities of stimulating innovation in the company in line with its requirements. The thesis focuses on the techniques of creating ideas, which facilitate understanding, the assessment stage and subsequent evaluation. The thesis also outlines the strategy for prototype creation and develop, as well as testing the market with the purpose of ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation of the business process.
