Abstract

Osnovni namen diplomskega dela je avtomatsko preverjanje vara s sistemom SMARTRAY. V nalogi je najprej predstavljena celotna varilna celica. Diplomska naloga pa temelji na delu celice, kjer se s kamero preveri kakovost varov. V celici so uporabljeni roboti KUKA, varilni aparati FRONIUS ter naprava za preverjanje vara SMARTRAY. Celoten stroj komunicira s SIEMENS krmilnikom 1515F. Komunikacije poteka preko PROFINET sistema, kjer poteka tudi varnostna komunikacija celotnega stroja.

Secondary abstract: Basic purpose of this graduation thesis is to present automatic weld inspection with SMARTRAY system. The graduation thesis is based on the segment of the welding cell where the weld quality is inspected with a camera system. The entire welding cell is comprised of KUKA robots, FRONIUS welding machine and a SMARTRAY weld inspection system. The welding cell communication is carried out via a SIEMENS controller 1515F. Communication between units and also safety communication is carried out through the ProfiNET system.
