Abstract

Uvod: Zdrava in uravnotežena prehrana je bistvenega pomena pri vzdrževanju zdravja in preprečevanju kroničnih nenalezljivih bolezni. V službi preživimo veliko časa, zato je zelo pomembno, da se takrat prehranjujemo zdravo. Skrb vsakega dobrega delodajalca je kar se da najboljše psihofizično počutje delavca. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti zdravo prehrano ter z raziskavo ugotoviti prehranjevalne navade zaposlenih v nujni medicinski pomoči. Metode: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Kot raziskovalni instrument smo uporabili anonimni anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval 17 vprašanj, od tega 14 vprašanj zaprtega tipa in 3 vprašanja pol zaprtega tipa. Pridobljene podatke smo tekstovno prikazali s pomočjo programa Microsoft Word in grafično s pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 60 zaposlenih v Nujni medicinski pomoči v enem izmed zdravstvenih domov v Sloveniji, in sicer zdravstveni tehniki, in diplomirane medicinske sestre/diplomirani zdravstveniki. Rezultati: Na podlagi analize pridobljenih podatkov smo ugotovili, da skoraj polovica anketiranih meni, da se na delovnem mestu prehranjuje zdravo, kar 37 % pa jih meni nasprotno, torej da se ne prehranjujejo zdravo. Kot glavno oviro pri zdravem prehranjevanju jih večina navaja pomanjkanje časa, ostali pa razlog vidijo v pomanjkanju volje. Dve tretjini anketirancev dnevno zaužije od 3–5 obrokov. Več kot polovici anketirancem velikokrat čas ne dopušča, da bi se lahko redno prehranjevali. Še bolj zaskrbljujoče pa je, da jih je 23 % odgovorilo, da te možnosti sploh nima. Sklep: Prehranjevalne navade zaposlenih v Nujni medicinski pomoči predstavljajo velik problem sodobnega časa. Pri tem je pomembno predvsem to, da imajo zaposleni čas in možnost da se zdravo in redno prehranjujejo.

Secondary title: Eating habits of employees working at the emergency medical services
Secondary abstract: Introduction: Healthy and balanced nutrition is essential for maintaining health and preventing us from chronic diseases. We spend a lot of time at work, so it is very important to take care of our eating habits during the time we are on duty. Care of every good employer is the best psychophysical condition of worker. Purpose of this diploma work is to present healthy food and to determine eating habits of the employees working at the emergency medical services with research. Research methodology: The research is based on quantitative methodology. As the research instrument we used anonymous questionnaire, which involved 17 questions of which 14 questions were closed-type and 3 half-closed type. Acquired data was shown with Microsoft Word text and presented graphically using Microsoft Excel. The study involved 60 employees of the emergency medical services in one of the health centers in Slovenia. Results: Based on our analysis of the results, we have found out that almost half of the respondents think they are eating healthy at their workplace. Though, 37% claims quite opposite. Most of them sees the lack of time as the main reason preventing them to eat healthy, while others see that reason in lack of will. Two thirds of respondents consume 3-5 meals daily. More than half of respondents have a problem with lack of time to be able to eat regularly. And even more worrying is the fact that 23% have answered that they do not even have the chance to eat regularly. Conclusion: Eating habits of employees working at the emergeny medical services represent a big problem of modern time. It is important here that workers have the time and possibility to eat healthy and regularly.
