Abstract

Organizacijska klima v podjetju je zelo pomembna, saj jo začutimo ob prvem stiku s podjetjem. Organizacijsko klimo lahko poimenujemo tudi kot osebnost podjetja, vzdušje podjetja, delovno ozračje ali psihološka klima. Pri ozračju podjetja pročujemo celotno sliko podjetja, saj vpliva na celoto organizacijo. Če smo z delom zadovoljni in nas nadrejeni znajo motivirati, nagraditi za uspešno delo, ter v okolju prevladujejo dobri medsebojni odnosi to veliko doprinese k dobremu vzdušju v podjetju. Zaposleni so tisti, ki ustvarjajo organizacijsko klimo. Zaposleni, ki so zadovoljni s svojim delom in se čutijo cenjene v organizaciji, bolj prispevajo k doseganju dobrih poslovnih rezultatov.

Secondary abstract: Organizational climate is the culture of an organization, its atmosphere, its character, working environment and socio-psychological well-being of their staff. It encompases all the aspects and contributing factors that affect the organization's performance. If the employees are contented with their jobs, feel motivated and rewarded for their efforts, they naturally create a good organizational climate and build good working relationships. The higher their job satisfaction, the better the organitazion's performance, which very much depends on the satisfaction and expertise of its staff.
