Secondary abstract:	The master`s thesis defines the concepts of knowledge. It also defines different types of knowledge and the role of knowledge and knowledge management in modern organizations. Knowledge management and knowledge management models are detailed as well knowledge management process. The purpose of the master`s thesis is to present the possibility of evaluating risk management in the knowledge management by mapping the numerical estimation into financial figures. The data regarding knowledge and knowledge management risk which are organizations dealing with, have been gathered by questionnaire. The results of the knowledge management risk analysis were evaluated financially according to the net sales revenues of each organization.
