Abstract
Glavna konkurenčna prednost na vse bolj zahtevnem trgu že nekaj časa nista več kapital in vrhunska tehnologija. V ospredje vse bolj prihaja sposobnost upravljanja in ravnanja s človeškimi viri. Usposobljeni in visoko motivirani zaposleni so v podjetju eden izmed glavnih temeljev razvoja podjetja. Vedno več podjetij stremi k temu, da bodo njihovi zaposleni pri svojem delu zadovoljni in posledično dovolj motivirani za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev in rezultatov. V nalogi smo definirali pojem motivacija in opredelili motivacijske dejavnike, ki vplivajo na stopnjo motivacije za delo. Pojasnili smo, kaj je delovna motivacija in kako lahko motivacija na delovnem mestu vpliva na delo zaposlenega. Osredotočili smo se tudi na zadovoljstvo zaposlenega na delovnem mestu ter v sklopu tega predstavili definicije in razlage različnih avtorjev o tem, kako lahko zadovoljstvo zaposlenega vpliva na delovno uspešnost podjetja. Predstavili in opisali smo tudi nekaj najpomembnejših dejavnikov zadovoljstva pri delu. V sklopu naloge smo izvedli raziskavo v konkretnem podjetju, kjer smo ugotavljali, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na večjo stopnjo motivacije zaposlenega za delo. Zanimalo nas je, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni pri svojem delu, s katerimi dejavniki zadovoljstva so najbolj zadovoljni in s katerimi najmanj. Na koncu smo podali predloge za izboljšanje stanja in predstavili možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj.

For some time now, capital and superior technology have not been the main competitive advantage on the increasingly more difficult market. Management of human resources are steadily gaining ground. Trained and highly motivated employees are one of the cornerstones of the company's development. An increasing number of companies strive to ensure the happiness in employees and, in turn, their motivation to achieve set goals and results. In the project, we have defined the concept of motivation and motivation factors which influence the level of motivation for successful work performance. We have also examined the concept of work satisfaction and presented definitions and explanations of various authors on how the employee satisfaction can influence the overall performance of the company. We have presented and defined some of the most important factors of work satisfaction. As a part of the project, we have carried out a survey in a particular company in which we attempted to determine which factors influence the degree of work motivation. We were particularly interested in how happy the employees are with their work, which satisfaction factors are the most important for them and which the least. Finally, we prepared some suggestions for improving the state of affairs and presented the possibilities for further development. |
